Cosy hotel on the seafront, a hundred meters from the famous Black beach, which was awarded the Blue Flag (award for environmental cleanliness).

Location: 100 m from bus stop, 800 metres from Perissa village, 10 km from the town of Fira and the airport.

Consists of several buildings.

Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Parasols and sun loungers for a fee. The beach is 2 km away.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, spacious and airconditioned. They offer a pool and a hot tub but islands best beach is just 2 minutes away! Bus stations are there as well, however at night the bus schedules and stops are a bit scetchy. Extras: The staff member stayed up to welcome me at 2 am. They also allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. It is not as advertised and is poorly kept. If you're into having spam for breakfast, then maybe I would recommend it to you.

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

Great hotel pools. Near beach. Friendly staff. A/C is either on or off, so I could have a hot or cold room (no option to open a window, and balcony door didn't have a security open mode).

The hotel is beautiful and you're a short walk from Perivolos and Perissea beaches, which are both amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a good convenient store right down the road.
