The hotel is quite small, the staff was helpful with good english. The room was clean, it looks new but when you look better you can see some problems like black mold in shower for example. The breakfast was cheap, we was little bit late 9:00, but they dont refill anything(for example yogurt, sausages, vegetables...). We paid 83€ for night with breakfast so i think its OK.

I saw the other reviews and I think they improved quite a lot because when we were there everything was clean and everything looked really nice. Huge shout out to the staff because they were really nice. The lady who made the breakfast even asked us if we wanted some hot chocolate because if we do then she would make some, and if we want other kinds of scrambled eggs then she’s ready to make some....

One of my favorite hotels during the whole trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the E200 bus station. The front desk staff is friendly ❤️ The room is super big, with a coffee machine and a safe. The toiletries are great and I took the rest away. The reserved twin bed turned out to be a king-size bed. The staff quickly helped to separate it.

It was such a pleasant stay! We arrived early in the morning, and lucky us！ They had a room ready for early check-in! The rooms are just like the pictures, cozy and spacious. Charm hotel was a great base to explore the wonders of Budapest. Public transit options are nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby to explore. Being close to the river was a plus and the ability to easily travel to all of the Budapest places of interest made this a great location to stay for a few days.

Staff were friendly, both at the reception desk and in the breakfast area. Breakfast was tasty with sufficient variety. Located off of Fovam Square, so it's close to attractions, public transport and markets. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Room was a challenge with big suitcases, but great for a longer stay over one or two nights if you have smaller suitcases.

I stayed in July. The room was clean and very comfortable. The weather was hot but the air conditioning in the room worked well and kept me cool. It is conveniently located right near the cathedral and within walking distance from the airport bus stop. The staffs always greeted me with a smile and were very friendly and helpful. The other receptionists were so rude and seemed so lost, like they don't know how to communicate and react in these position. A training probably gonna help them. Three times Michelin guide, food is rich is flavour for me but was slightly too salty for my family. I personally enjoyed the food a lot and was really satisfied with what I had. There are a few Michelin guide restaurants around and are all under the same group. This one is abit further from the fisherman’s bastion, so the odds of it having space is the highest.

Very helpful staff, sumptuous breakfast, peaceful atmosphere. We are in Füred because of a running competition, so we asked for an early breakfast, which was fulfilled without batting an eye. Unfortunately, we forgot a plush toy, which was sent by post the next day We recommend it to everyone!
