After arriving the reception service was not so informative, I think a few talk about how It is going here, and If we could have eat our lunch before our rooms are ready, would be nice

This hotel has probably the best location by the lake and probably the best beach area with large territory and a lot of amenities. It's not worth coming in bad weather though as the wellness area is small and outdated

A good European all-inclusive hotel with clean pools, well-maintained, spacious grounds, plenty of space, and plenty of entertainment for small children (half the hotel's guests)

We liked our superior apartment very much, which was spacious, modern, well-equipped and super comfortable. It was totally quiet and we could sleep well with open windows

Me and my girlfriend came from the lake and we always rinse ourselves in the shower where the The shipowners are seated, we have rinsed ourselves, we look back and there is a child urinating in it, this is very dirty and horrible, it is a pity that things have deteriorated so much in 2018/2019, the hotel was top and it was a very nice holiday then, I hope it is right that there something is being done...

Well, at least after midnight when the German pensioners finished their drinking hours in the terrace. One weakness of the hotel is food

The hotel is nice and well equipped. The SPA is awesome - warm water (even outside), a big swimming pool, great variety of saunas and even water slides. The personal is very polite and helping

Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults

I especially loved the outdoor pool that connects directly to the indoor one — you can even swim out! We didn’t get a chance to stay in the hotel

Great location, close to the airport Rooms where a bit dated, not much but just needs a slight facelift i. the apartment rooms contains an old school microwave, decor needs a uplift but otherwise very satisfied

The staff was mostly friendly, and the option to eat with no wait at the place useful. Absolutely recommended as a retreat near Budapest for families

A hotel that exceeded our expectations. I would like to give the restaurant and the chef a maximum rating. We have a celiac daughter and for us it was a delight to have gluten free options for both dinner and breakfast

I receive many facials but these facials were on the tops. The spa area is very beautiful,very relaxing. Beautiful pool , jacuzzi and hydro water. Wish they would have more lounge chairs, but overall was great

It's a 3 star hotel. Good thing about it you can walk to the thermal bath from the hotel through a covered tunnel. Food is tasty but sometimes boring. Rooms are small, outdated but clean. Beds are comfortable.

The air coolers in the rooms are really old and very very loud, so are the ventillators in the bathroom and toilet. The experience was okay, but we will probably check out an other hotel next time, to compare

The pool and spa area was spacious and pleasant, but it's good to know that their rules require you to remove your swimsuit to use the sauna and Turkish bath

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full

Further, since the resort is in the middle of the fields and industrial area, it can be rather noisy and fumes from the manure from the fields ruin the moment when exiting saunas which are outside of the hotel

Breakfast and dinner are tasty with plenty of choice, but descriptions and labels do not match the food. Staff is friendly, but not informative at all and most of them do not speak English

Also, quite a lot of people are there with phones, taking pictures, listening to loud music, etc. which can ruin the moment and brings up the question of privacy and intimacy

Very Satisfied with all Services it was a good Decision to spend the Birthday of my son there the Team was exzellent, very good children Activities and also der FB Facilities the Spa for parents and the Playground for children and especially the waterpark!

The playhouse and the adventure pool are not connected to the hotel, so if it's cold it's unpleasant to walk through the yard

This is a very nice, big hotel. The rooms are big and have balconies. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. It has a large parking lot but the location is very poor

It's situated on the exit of the city and it is approximately 2. 5-3 km away from the public Strand. 7 miles from the hotel but the beach that can be used and where all the restaurants and shops are situated is far away

And if you are not a native (Hungarian) speaker, there will be a challenge to communicate with the receptionist at the pool. Saunas are ok, we just didn't expect that there will be children allowed

There was no minibar and no possibility of making coffee in the room. The reception staff was kind and professional. The hotel has a big free parking lot, it is near to the cities swimming pool with free access to it

At the pool, you are requested to wear a swimming cap (maybe we missed that when making the reservation)

The room is awesome, also the bathroom, restourant is very good nice quality of foods, park is a paying park so my car is safe, staff is really kindly especially Evelin that gave me some good advice for visiting Sarvar and Szombathely

They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable

Best Spa and Wellness Hotel in Hungary. The rooftop pool is unique in Europe with DJ and les wall. You can visit the city lake in 5 mins next to the spa. With family, friends or couples.

Excellent location and very well designed public spaces. The SkyPool is a very popular part of it. Excellent for family holiday. Recommend the local cycling paths and kenue-ing on the “Kis-Balaton”.

It smells good everywhere, the cleaners deserve special praise for their order and cleanliness: without them, a hotel could not exist anyway! The service fee may be high for many, but anyone who is so exhausted should go to a campsite

Amazing hotel , especially for kids. Lots of kids activities, playgrounds and so many. Indore pool is very good and the kids played for several hours, it was warm and in good temperature

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier

The overall demeanor from them was "can't wait to get off work and you are in our way" I hope this is just a summer job for them and this is not the permanent staff. It's VERY obvious they are not happy to be there

The rooms definitely are on the older side. They are very manageable but bathrooms are tighter and the overall cleanliness just wasn't there. Lots of hair in our room in carpets and on shelves

The younger girls who work the breakfast/dinner and drink area outside are just not very pleasant. It's very obvious the girls are not happy to be there and quite frankly are very rude

In the restaurant there is all kinds of food. The wellness in on the top floor. You can really relax and enjoy. As for the swimming area I can say only the best. The water is very hot where it has to be

Big rooms, nice furniture, separate toilet. Thermal park is really nice for kids. Bar at rezeption is missing good service. Hotel has good areal, but is located at the end if a small town with nothing interesting near by

We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent

A nice swimming pool, very clean and tidy. But the water glide was closed. Apparently because there where not much swimmers/kids. But it was a big disappointment for our daughter.

It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath

We were at the funpark with two kids. 2 out of 3 slides were out of service, the additional entrance for the adult spa was definitely not worth it, the shower curtains were all stained, the hygene not really good

I also tried the restaurant for dinner - just great! Very good value for money too. Gyula is such a quiet and relaxing place, definitely worth visiting if you appreciate great parks and swimming pools

Nice hotel with a cheapest but quite good meals in town (you get 20% off). Situated right in the center of this small charming town and 20 min walk from the famous baths. Private parking is just behind the hotel

A lot of the pools have warm water (30-36c), the jacuzzies hot water (38c)

A wonderful place to relax and warm up in the thermal pools during winter, when it’s snowy and freezing outside. It’s a cozy and peaceful spot where everything feels calm and pleasant

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water

Summarised the price/value is not the best. Unfortunately van not recommend the hotel especially in summer time before renovation and climatisation

We planned to spend the New Year’ eve holiday at the hotel. Our accommodation was paid in full in advance. Upon arriving we were shocked about the dated furniture/linen and poor condition of the rooms/bathroom

The temperature outside was 0 C• or -2 C•- under these conditions the management should have cancelled the reservations, because the lack of basic necessities being provided have ruined our holiday, and the hotel was not prepared to accommodate any guests without sufficient heat and warm water!!!!! The items on the buffet were not kept under sufficient heat at all but a heating lamp above the dishes...

We have felt extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay, because there was not one place within the hotel where we could have warmed up!!!! The New Year’s Eve party turned out quite nice but by then we were extremely unhappy and rattled due to the conditions
