After arriving the reception service was not so informative, I think a few talk about how It is going here, and If we could have eat our lunch before our rooms are ready, would be nice

This hotel has probably the best location by the lake and probably the best beach area with large territory and a lot of amenities. It's not worth coming in bad weather though as the wellness area is small and outdated

A good European all-inclusive hotel with clean pools, well-maintained, spacious grounds, plenty of space, and plenty of entertainment for small children (half the hotel's guests)

We liked our superior apartment very much, which was spacious, modern, well-equipped and super comfortable. It was totally quiet and we could sleep well with open windows

Me and my girlfriend came from the lake and we always rinse ourselves in the shower where the The shipowners are seated, we have rinsed ourselves, we look back and there is a child urinating in it, this is very dirty and horrible, it is a pity that things have deteriorated so much in 2018/2019, the hotel was top and it was a very nice holiday then, I hope it is right that there something is being done...

Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults

I especially loved the outdoor pool that connects directly to the indoor one — you can even swim out! We didn’t get a chance to stay in the hotel

Great location, close to the airport Rooms where a bit dated, not much but just needs a slight facelift i. the apartment rooms contains an old school microwave, decor needs a uplift but otherwise very satisfied

Excellent location and very well designed public spaces. The SkyPool is a very popular part of it. Excellent for family holiday. Recommend the local cycling paths and kenue-ing on the “Kis-Balaton”.

A hotel that exceeded our expectations. I would like to give the restaurant and the chef a maximum rating. We have a celiac daughter and for us it was a delight to have gluten free options for both dinner and breakfast

I receive many facials but these facials were on the tops. The spa area is very beautiful,very relaxing. Beautiful pool , jacuzzi and hydro water. Wish they would have more lounge chairs, but overall was great

It's a 3 star hotel. Good thing about it you can walk to the thermal bath from the hotel through a covered tunnel. Food is tasty but sometimes boring. Rooms are small, outdated but clean. Beds are comfortable.

The air coolers in the rooms are really old and very very loud, so are the ventillators in the bathroom and toilet. The experience was okay, but we will probably check out an other hotel next time, to compare

For children, there is only one small slide. For adults, while there is a thermal and a swimming pool, the lack of a jacuzzi or hydrojet features was disappointing

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full

Further, since the resort is in the middle of the fields and industrial area, it can be rather noisy and fumes from the manure from the fields ruin the moment when exiting saunas which are outside of the hotel

Breakfast and dinner are tasty with plenty of choice, but descriptions and labels do not match the food. Staff is friendly, but not informative at all and most of them do not speak English

Also, quite a lot of people are there with phones, taking pictures, listening to loud music, etc. which can ruin the moment and brings up the question of privacy and intimacy

It’s nice when your first meeting at a hotel is with the younger generation, fluent in a foreign language, elegantly dressed and combed

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier

The overall demeanor from them was "can't wait to get off work and you are in our way" I hope this is just a summer job for them and this is not the permanent staff. It's VERY obvious they are not happy to be there

The rooms definitely are on the older side. They are very manageable but bathrooms are tighter and the overall cleanliness just wasn't there. Lots of hair in our room in carpets and on shelves

In the restaurant there is all kinds of food. The wellness in on the top floor. You can really relax and enjoy. As for the swimming area I can say only the best. The water is very hot where it has to be

We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent

A nice swimming pool, very clean and tidy. But the water glide was closed. Apparently because there where not much swimmers/kids. But it was a big disappointment for our daughter.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day

It smells good everywhere, the cleaners deserve special praise for their order and cleanliness: without them, a hotel could not exist anyway! The service fee may be high for many, but anyone who is so exhausted should go to a campsite

Stayed for the first time in this hotel, very close to the sports park nearby, we came for business and since it was out of tourist season and there weren’t any sports events we were nearly alone in the hotel, yet they were still able to offer a very nice breakfast in the morning
