Location is the best part, directly on the lake shore, with a beautiful park in front of the hotel. Otherwise it's good enough, nothing special. They offer rich breakfast in the morning and cooked warm dinner in the evening. But the hotel is quite dated, old-school, "retro".

Clean and comfortable room, a little outdated and in need of an overhaul. Quite expensive for Hungarian prices, but would stay there again. No complaints. They also handled an infestation of moths that had arrived through what I thought was a closed window very rapidly!

A good stay! The hotel is well located although maybe not the nicest area near the train station but fine enough. I traveled as a woman alone and felt safe and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English well. There is a little traffic noise but not bad at all and it didn't disturb my sleep as a light sleeper.

We went to this hotel at early February. We opted in for a half board service for 2 days. We enjoyed the hotel, even though it has an older look inside. The Leonardo Hotel Budapest was fine for a short stay. The location is decent, with some public transport options nearby. The room was clean but a bit small and basic. It was an easy process. We felt safe and the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel staff were courteous but will benefit from additional customer service training such as smiling and show some excitement about the work.

The prices are okay, as is the service, but the food would not be something I would recommend. The soup and the main dish were mediocre at best. The rice, for example, was one of the worst rice I've ever eaten, totally bland and way overcooked. The dessert was pretty good though.

It was not clear on the booking that this is an Attic room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, always had to be alert not to hit our heads in the ceiling. Asked for an other room but it was all booked.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Comfortable and quiet with a good breakfast

The hotel is fine, not new but still in okay condition. It was clean and the personal was nice and helpful. The instructions how to get there are really difficult to follow but we asked around and managed.

The hotel was near the metro which is good and the room was quite small but it’s clean. The bathroom shower was too narrow and small, however, the staff was accommodating and friendly.
