Hotel location was great. However for 4 star superior, we was rather disappointed with our room. The room temperature was so hot and we could not control the room temperature as it was defaulted to heating, plus the location of room was also hit with  the sun, and top of this the fridge was releasing a lot of heat . We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures. However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime: 1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy to find miso soup, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. The room was clean, but I was troubled when the body soap dispenser was empty. It was refilled during the cleaning on the second morning. On the day of checkout, while I was relaxing in my room, a cleaner tried to enter without knocking, which startled me. I recommend using the chain lock.

This is more of a business location being beside the Puskas Arena and the M2 subway line and the 1 Tram line which gives multiple transit options if not using a hire vehicle or taxi. The exterior wasn't great, but the rooms were remodeled and I was very satisfied. The menu changed slightly every day, which was nice. I wish there were more activities in the kids' room.

Everything about the hotel is excellent: the location, the food, the cleanliness. I didn't like the treatment, especially the mud therapy. The attitude is disgusting! The receptionists are unhelpful; they refer to the doctor, but you can't see him! So, all complaints or changes to treatment must be made through the doctor, who doesn't exist! The hotel is located in a hot spring town, not very popular. Many restaurants and hotels are closed. There is only a church where you can take pictures. The hotel has its own swimming pool and hot spring, which opens at 7 am and closes at 8 pm.

This is a fairly standard hotel in a resort town; don't expect anything out of the ordinary. There's an excellent selection of saunas available to all guests. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and I really enjoyed the variety of dishes, including options to suit your diet.

The buffet was not very good & bread was hard!

We had a weekend booked at this location and couldn’t make it because our daughter got the chickenpox on the day we were supposed to check in. We asked for a fee waver given the circumstances and they have been very nice and prompt in getting back to us and not applying any charges. We will definitely choose this location when we will visit Gyula.

The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. The hotel itself is old, with dated furniture and very basic amenities, but everything was clean. There’s nothing particularly special about the place, however it offers decent value for the money.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. A good stay! The hotel is well located although maybe not the nicest area near the train station but fine enough. I traveled as a woman alone and felt safe and secure. The room was quite spacious, with the window facing the inner courtyard. The breakfast was very rich. It's definitely worth experiencing. It's also very close to New York Cafe!
