We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. The spa facilities are beautiful, with a jacuzzi, several saunas and a swimming pool. Great location, very close to where you can take Danube river cruises, and there's a Christmas market nearby, which creates a festive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the price was a bit high when booked for New Year's Eve.

The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. The hotel itself is old, with dated furniture and very basic amenities, but everything was clean. There’s nothing particularly special about the place, however it offers decent value for the money.

The only very small problem is that it is about 4 km to the major attractions, but that's not bad at all because you can walk more and if necessary you can also take public transport! The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions. The family view room offers beautiful scenery with stunning river views, especially enchanting at night. We will definitely return to this hotel after our trips to Austria and the Czech Republic!

I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much. Only recommendation is that the hot tub could be a bit more hot!

It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy to find miso soup, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. The room was clean, but I was troubled when the body soap dispenser was empty. It was refilled during the cleaning on the second morning. On the day of checkout, while I was relaxing in my room, a cleaner tried to enter without knocking, which startled me. I recommend using the chain lock.

The location is great, close to the city center and about a 20-minute drive from the airport, so getting a taxi is very convenient. The hotel restaurant serves good food too. All in all, it's very convenient.

A large busy tourist class hotel, a little dated but comfortable enough  3 small lifts, 2 working  Stuffy room . Hot sunny day in late October but air con in room disabled and only heating available, at least you could open the window. Great location for driving access from motorways, easy public transport or uber/bolt access to the city, €15 parking was the best I could find. Breakfast very busy but...
