We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy to find miso soup, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. The room was clean, but I was troubled when the body soap dispenser was empty. This is more of a business location being beside the Puskas Arena and the M2 subway line and the 1 Tram line which gives multiple transit options if not using a hire vehicle or taxi. The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

I choosed this hotel because is in the middle of the forest, and gave me the possibility for short walks even in this very warm weather. I stayed two nights, the rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the restaureóant is excellent.

Not fancy, but a nice, clean place to stay, with a very helpful staff. Buffet breakfasts and lunches were very good, and there was good cappuccino, pizza, etc., at the snack bar. Restful locations on the edge of town and on the edge of a lovely state forest hillside. I'd be happy to return.

We have juat visited this hotel with my family, 2 adults, 2 children; family room ! Okay, hotel, or at least the room we stayed is totaly retro, BUT, the food was great, superb, grandma style cooking, fresh, we had buffet dinner, not a single word of bad I can say, very friendly staaf; we even tried the lunch menu, it was great, plus child menu, served quickly and fresh, absolute value for money ....

First impression was horible, because they were changing windows. Halve of hotel has old and first two floors new ones. I considered to cancel my staying there, but at first I took for a walk at surrounding after I decided to stay Finally I was satisfied not just with the nature around but the half board service as well the swiming oportunity included in hotel service in Tómalom and Lover strand...

The location is good and the staff is helpful and the breakfast is good

The hotel was good the room was all renovated and so the bathroom perfect shower pressure with good amenities refrigerator. Kettle tea and coffee. Bottle of mineral water..around the hotel there is several supermarkets but not many restaurants a bit far from city center.

Feel like 2.5 stars accept the breakfast Cleaning is minimal Under the bad was a lot of mess Also hotel service not the best Looking good in the picture but wont compare
