Stepping in was a pleasant surprise! Such a beautiful hotel and a gorgeous room, with the enchanting Danube at night right outside the window. Truly lives up to the Marriott name – I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Budapest.

Kempinski hotels are consistently good, as always. The front desk staff provided enthusiastic service, and there was always plenty of water. My trip through Europe showed me that there are indeed differences between hotels, but overall, this one was excellent! Thumbs up.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions. We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures. However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime: 1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy to find miso soup, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. The room was clean, but I was troubled when the body soap dispenser was empty. It was refilled during the cleaning on the second morning. On the day of checkout, while I was relaxing in my room, a cleaner tried to enter without knocking, which startled me. This is more of a business location being beside the Puskas Arena and the M2 subway line and the 1 Tram line which gives multiple transit options if not using a hire vehicle or taxi. Nice refurbished hotel. Great breakfasts and dinners. The most important is access to thermal baths. Rooms are standard and nothing to complain about. The critical issue is Internet. It basically works only within lobby, so be prepared to use your cellular one. In general it's a nice spot to stay especially during cold months.

The buffet was not very good & bread was hard!

We had a weekend booked at this location and couldn’t make it because our daughter got the chickenpox on the day we were supposed to check in. We asked for a fee waver given the circumstances and they have been very nice and prompt in getting back to us and not applying any charges. We will definitely choose this location when we will visit Gyula.

The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

We return to Club Tihany every year for our company’s team-building sports day. The location is truly ideal for large group events. The venue offers a big space and plenty of space for activities such as dragon boating, laser tag, beach volleyball, football and many other sports. It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach. The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free.

Clean hotel, complete services, very warm rooms, spa is also very clear. In half board accomodation choices where relatively limited but very tasty. parking is charged extra although there is no alternative.

Everything is always perfect! Excellent services! Long-opening wellness, delicious food, clean rooms, beautiful beach! The STAFF is kind and attentive! We have been here many times, it is our favorite place. Thank you for the experience, we will be back!
