Good hotel in a nice spot - liked how I could walk to many parts of town or take public transit. The spa area is nice but at times not enough beds. Breakfast is superb with so much variety. Rooms were comfy and quiet.

We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing

It's easy to get around in Budapest as the public transport is brilliant, reliable and regular. There is a tram stop outside the hotel with the nearest metro station only a short walk away

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the heating was excellent, a welcome warmth in winter that was a pleasant surprise as it was the only room with a radiator during my two-week European trip

Breakfast offered a good variety, including an Asian food section. Although the miso soup might be more tailored for Koreans, I was very pleased with the hotel's thoughtful arrangements overall

This hotel is great if you're just passing through, as it's conveniently located near Keleti train station. However, it's a bit far from the city center. Luckily, Budapest has excellent public transport

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Danubius Hotel Hungaria City Center. The location was perfect — close to the city center and very convenient for public transportation

Location was good but the private strand wasn’t comfortable. There were no sun beds available for to use, had to rent them which is bad! Should be provided! The restaurant was crowded hard to find tables anytime!

 The hotel was in an excellent location and I rented a bike on 2 occasions to see the sites:  Tihany Abbey and Church, pleasure boat trip on Lake Balaton and a tour of the city

The location of the hotel is impeccable, we are completely satisfied. The food is also perfect, always a good choice. Breakfast is rich, as is dinner. A big plus is the bathtub in the bathroom

The room was a good size and had tea and coffee readily available. The hotels location is not bad. There is good links to public transport but the city attractions are not in short walking distance

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service and facilities exceeded our expectations—excellent value for money

The room I was given was on the very top floor of the second floor, which was too low. There was no "No Smoking" sign outside the door, while most other rooms had them, so I naturally assumed it wasn't a non-smoking room

The buffet breakfast and dinner were both generous and delicious, and the wellness/spa area was truly fantastic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. This hotel is an ideal place to unwind, and we will definitely book again

The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Utter and ferocious relaxation

The hotel is located near the center of the spa town of Hevíz. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a king-size bed in renovated part of hotel for four days

The hotel is a bit old, but its location is excellent. The staff's service was decent, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The view from the window of Buda Castle was absolutely stunning.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions

Room a little outdated in some places but still a great place for my hubby as he is disabled. Tram stop is outside of the hotel and we can see the Chain bridge from our room. Participated in the Wizz Air Half Marathon

Staying at this hotel made our experience of Budapest even more enjoyable. It's strategically located and the staffs are friendly. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's still very well maintained and clean.

The family view room offers beautiful scenery with stunning river views, especially enchanting at night. We will definitely return to this hotel after our trips to Austria and the Czech Republic!

Everything was great. I informed them that I was coming to celebrate my anniversary and the hotel gave me a surprise. The location is great and the view is very beautiful.

The room was clean with a few minor issues ie bathtub not draining quickly, furniture showing age (I understand so not an issue) and the facilities very good for my purpose - large gym with all required equipment, smaller pool but still permitted laps and a sauna all of which I used each day

This is more of a business location being beside the Puskas Arena and the M2 subway line and the 1 Tram line which gives multiple transit options if not using a hire vehicle or taxi

As my last day had me leaving before breakfast, I was provided with a takeaway bag. Front desk very helpful and kind

The wellness area was fully functional only on the third day of our stay, which was disappointing as we had planned to use it more. On the other hand, the breakfast was absolutely excellent

The hotel has excellent access to the city center, which I consider a big advantage. There is a tram and a train nearby, making transportation to the center easy and fast

You can get to the city center and tourist attractions directly by taking the H5 light rail, which only takes about ten minutes

During the first two days of our stay, the water in both the pools and the hot tub was cold, as well as the temperature in the wellness area, which was only around 20–21 °C

The attitude is disgusting! The receptionists are unhelpful; they refer to the doctor, but you can't see him! So, all complaints or changes to treatment must be made through the doctor, who doesn't exist! I haven't been so disappointed with treatment in a long time!

The food was awful, the service as well, the staff doesn’t speak a good English and waiting all the time the tips. The room cleaning was just making up the beds, not even clean the bathroom

The exterior wasn't great, but the rooms were remodeled and I was very satisfied. The menu changed slightly every day, which was nice. I wish there were more activities in the kids' room.

This was a birthday/Christmas trip the hotel left the most amazing dessert and champagne in our room with a birthday card they had all hand signed. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful

The gentleman at the front desk was very humorous, saying, 'Our usual check-in time is 3 PM, so arriving at 7 AM is a 'super early check-in'!' Nevertheless, he managed to find us an available room, and we were settled in before 8 AM, which allowed us to freshen up immediately

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. Whilst it is old the standards are high. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is something else. It is good value for money and the spa facilities are second to none.

Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere. But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom

My room type included breakfast and dinner; the food selection wasn't extensive, but the food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. The indoor pool water was 32-35 degrees Celsius in winter, so it wasn't cold

The property and all the facilities were good but most of the reception staff were really rude to the point I had to ask if I had done anything wrong to one of the guys as he was speaking to me so badly
