This hotel is very nice, clean and comfort. It’s 8mins to the bus station and train station, I little bit far for me, but except this the location of hotel itself is great, you can find everything nearby. The people in check-in desk is truly nice and helpful. We had a great time staying there.

The location is great. There's a small supermarket across the street downstairs, and the mall is just 100 meters to the left after you exit. There are plenty of places to eat, including Chinese restaurants. The German chain supermarket next door is also quite good.

New Year stay Perfectly livable apartment. Just missed a few modest amenities - lamps (main lights very bright), tea-towel in kitchen, a few condiments - salt, pepper, cooking oil.

Check in was abit difficult as we was unsure where to go. When we got to building no one was there. A tenant assisted us. No housekeeping was provided in a week stay. Ouside the room and building was very dirty with cobweb.

The personnel at the front desk were consistently helpful, and able to converse easily in English. They were friendly and polite. Very nice and extremely clean, with large nice decorated rooms. Also safe and close to get around.

I had an excellent stay here with my partner. The staff is very friendly... Although their level of English could be better. The rooms was spacious & clean. Small boutique hotel that is a bit shabby but has a decent style in a perfect location. The staff was less that motivated, slow and just tedious to work with. Except the blond bartender in the hotel restaurant, she was capable of so much more and should be rewarded.

The hotel facilities are new and overall it is OK. We suddenly found insects in the room at night and the staff quickly provided a new room. The breakfast was good, with a chocolate fountain and a champagne welcome drink.

The toilet facilities are incomplete, there is no toothpaste and shampoo. But the place is very comfortable and beautiful. highly recommended to visit. The view is very pleasing to the eye when you open the bedroom window.

It was okay, but some details weren't great. The elevator was also a bit slow at times. At least there was heating, but no slippers. The check-out time was quite early too.

Spent 5 nights in hotel, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, breakfast buffet was suffice, however it was the location which was superb, no more than a five to ten minute walk to shops restaurants etc and about 20 mins to the Danube, overall a really good place to book.

Large clean and very centrally located. We had a two bedroom 2 bath located on the 4th floor. It was quiet. A 3 min walk from a few major train lines and bus stops. Lots of restaurants and shops near by.

Prime, central location with convenient access to key sites and public transportation. The apartment was clean and generously sized. We especially value having a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals on our own. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Hotel room is clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful! Location is really good since it’s walking distance to St. Stephen Basilica, fashion street, vorosmarty, and all the train/tram/bus stops. Area has a lot of shops and restaurants that are open late which is very convenient since a lot of commercial places are close at 8pm.

Great place at the heart of Budapest. Close to every needed place - metro, restaurants, public points. The apartments are great and clean, very big and well equipped. The smell in the corridors it's terrible. The service is good and they could help you with almost all requests. I would recommend anyone to stay here. When will come back we will probably get here again

Judging from the photos, I thought it was a very old hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the kitchen and rooms had actually been renovated. The bathroom seemed to have only been partially renovated, but I was very satisfied with the facilities and room size. The only downside was that it was a bit far, but taking taxis the whole time was manageable, considering that prices in Hungary are not high

It was great experience at K9 residence. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They accommodated all our needs. They stored our luggage in luggage room and they offered to take parking tickets for us while we were in town because our room and parking were already expired. I liked everything very much! The location is gorgeous, ideal that you can't make noise - it was quiet and calm, which is not the case everywhere. There are dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator, a table, a sofa, a bed. There is only one minus - they asked for a deposit of 100 euros. Somehow I have not seen such information anywhere. It's good that I had cash, I would not want to leave my card details
