The location is great. There's a small supermarket across the street downstairs, and the mall is just 100 meters to the left after you exit. There are plenty of places to eat, including Chinese restaurants. The German chain supermarket next door is also quite good.

Internet is soo bad. It was terrible to use internet which is doesn’t actually works stable. Not clean bed sheets. I found a lit of hairs. Location is good! People in check in desk are friendly.

New Year stay Perfectly livable apartment. Just missed a few modest amenities - lamps (main lights very bright), tea-towel in kitchen, a few condiments - salt, pepper, cooking oil.

Check in was abit difficult as we was unsure where to go. When we got to building no one was there. A tenant assisted us. No housekeeping was provided in a week stay. Ouside the room and building was very dirty with cobweb.

The personnel at the front desk were consistently helpful, and able to converse easily in English. They were friendly and polite. Very nice and extremely clean, with large nice decorated rooms. Also safe and close to get around.

We stayed for one night, the room was on the second floor. We really liked it. The only thing is that the shower is only overhead, and there were no shower caps, which is uncomfortable for guests with long hair.

Very comfortable and central 3 star hotel. Check in time is fairly strictly adhered to in summer although they gave us our room half an hour early and were happy to store luggage. A good basic breakfast buffet.

One night stay, simple room, but comfortable and very close to the lake which is the reason for our visit. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant available on premises which was great for dinner. The town is sweet, I wish we stayed longer.

Hotel was very nice, sauna was exceptionally good and hotel staff friendly and helpfull. But restaurant was below all expectations. In normal day, it was 1/3 full and it took 1h 20min to get food from daily menu. Tenderloin steak was first way over cooked to rubber, second try was well done+ despite specific request for medium. Waitress didn't tell that que was 1,5h and our evening plans were ruined

Overall not bad but some of the things in the room seem outdated, for instance, hotel can invest in more newer plugs such as USB or type C ports for easier phone and other electronics charging.

It's a great location in the heart of the city. Breakfast is decent. It's close to the city center, so outside restaurants are convenient. The facilities aren't particularly new, but they're clean. The rooms are very spacious.

This hotel is very nice, clean and comfort. It’s 8mins to the bus station and train station, I little bit far for me, but except this the location of hotel itself is great, you can find everything nearby. The people in check-in desk is truly nice and helpful. We had a great time staying there.

We stayed with the whole family with a double bedroom. 4 of us. Beautiful, clean, warm / maybe it was a bit too warm in the rooms/ easy to check in check out. Have everything what you need. Just middle of the city. Absolutely perfect!

Large clean and very centrally located. We had a two bedroom 2 bath located on the 4th floor. It was quiet. A 3 min walk from a few major train lines and bus stops. Lots of restaurants and shops near by.

Prime, central location with convenient access to key sites and public transportation. The apartment was clean and generously sized. We especially value having a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals on our own. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Hotel room is clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful! Location is really good since it’s walking distance to St. Stephen Basilica, fashion street, vorosmarty, and all the train/tram/bus stops. Area has a lot of shops and restaurants that are open late which is very convenient since a lot of commercial places are close at 8pm.

Great place at the heart of Budapest. Close to every needed place - metro, restaurants, public points. The apartments are great and clean, very big and well equipped. The smell in the corridors it's terrible. The service is good and they could help you with almost all requests. I would recommend anyone to stay here. When will come back we will probably get here again

While not the most conveniently located, the room was spacious and comfortable. I'd recommend it for families.

Judging from the photos, I thought it was a very old hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the kitchen and rooms had actually been renovated. The bathroom seemed to have only been partially renovated, but I was very satisfied with the facilities and room size. The only downside was that it was a bit far, but taking taxis the whole time was manageable, considering that prices in Hungary are not high

I really enjoyed this hotel. I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise. This hotel-apartment was just okay. There's no proper lobby, and it's tucked away in an alley, which made it quite hard to find. The value for money is terrible; the 'luxury suite' had an incredibly small bedroom. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Since we rented a two-bedroom apartment, the kitchen was fully equipped for self-catering, and a dishwasher was a particularly nice touch. The location is excellent too, with several chain supermarkets (including Asian supermarkets) within 500 meters and a metro station just 300 meters away. It was okay, but some details weren't great. The elevator was also a bit slow at times. At least there was heating, but no slippers. The check-out time was quite early too.

The room environment is great and basically meets the requirements for business travel.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious, complete with a kitchen and two bedrooms. They also have their own parking garage, and the breakfast is quite good. I was pleasantly surprised to find Chinese children's books in the restaurant!

I was very surprised when I came in the door there is a very very small if you could call it a Lobby I was greeted by a very nice young man who helped me with the check-in process and told me about the hotel. Stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed the place a lot. The host was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Public transport is close by, which makes traveling the city very easy. I can imagine that if you stay there for more that a few days this place can feel like home pretty quickly.

This place was incredible. For a very reasonable price, you get a great-sized apartment, with a modern design, and everything was clean. We really enjoyed staying there. Great place to stay during a 4-days citytrip to Budapest. Not exactly in the city center, but close to public transportation (metro, busses...). Friendly host who goes a long way to give you information not only during your stay, but also at the time of reservation.

I had an excellent stay here with my partner. The staff is very friendly... Although their level of English could be better. The rooms was spacious & clean. And the cleaners came daily to keep it tidy :) The breakfast / coffee is also great downstairs. I highly recommend this place. The hotel is fine. Nothing fancy but adequate. The staff were all very helpful. Massages were great. My only criticism would be that it is a noisy hotel. The halls do little to dampen the noise from passers by and running children. Still for the price it was suitable.

I stayed here for a week combining a conference with tourism. This venue is well situated on the lower levels of Buda. You can climb the stairs to central Buda or walk or metro or bus to Pest. It was convenient to have two rooms and kitchen and washing facilities even if I did not need to use most. Good breakfast buffet.

The room itself is not good. The bathroom on the other hand is old, not clean, sealant edges black. Clean towels every 3 days, if you want them earlier you have to pay for it. Overall, the apartment was exactly as presented on the website. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was working and we found a sorry note on it with no prior update (even not at the reception).

Staff was very friendly, place was clean, if you don’t mind the walk most of the tourist attractions were close enough to walk to and if not buses and trams were close to the apartment. Grocery store was also close to the apartment. Although the apartment was very quiet, the night life in the area was fairly active. Parking is hard to get but wasn’t an issue for us.
