We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. The spa facilities are beautiful, with a jacuzzi, several saunas and a swimming pool. The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. The hotel itself is old, with dated furniture and very basic amenities, but everything was clean. There’s nothing particularly special about the place, however it offers decent value for the money.

The only very small problem is that it is about 4 km to the major attractions, but that's not bad at all because you can walk more and if necessary you can also take public transport! The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions. The family view room offers beautiful scenery with stunning river views, especially enchanting at night. We will definitely return to this hotel after our trips to Austria and the Czech Republic!

I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much. A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy to find miso soup, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. The room was clean, but I was troubled when the body soap dispenser was empty. It was refilled during the cleaning on the second morning. On the day of checkout, while I was relaxing in my room, a cleaner tried to enter without knocking, which startled me. I recommend using the chain lock.

Excennt location, beautiful view near Nagyerdő. Great facilities, amazing breakfast room, massage room, rooms A1.

The hotel is like a resort, insanely comfortable. The staff has been amazing. The bartenders (Zsolt and Zoltan) have blown out minds. Better craft cocktails than we get back home, at less than half the price, and a smile on their face the whole time. I would happily stay here any time in in Debrecen.
