I had a wonderful stay at Mera Hotel in Budapest. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Many of the main sightseeing spots are within walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants and food options nearby.

The area felt very safe, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and welcoming. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the facilities were, especially the bathroom, which was excellent.

Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Budapest—comfortable, convenient, and in a perfect location.

Extremely satisfied with my 3-night stay! The subway is just a short walk away, and there are many famous restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The facilities are great, and all the reception staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I recommend it to everyone. If I come back to Budapest, I'd choose it again. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The minibar is available and sufficient. It's also great to have a coffee maker in the room.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. The Mera is in a perfect location for easy access to all tourist attractions in Budapest. Close to tram and metro stations and easily walkable distance from Danube. Staff were all welcoming and friendly and could not do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast is pretty basic with the same offerings every morning but sets you up for the day. Would highly recommend this hotel as the ideal base to explore the delights of Budapest.

Clean room, easy check in, good breakfast. Only thing is the view from the room - R.102 was overlooking an inner courtyard that was not very nice. Apart from this its a nice property for the price and they even welcome you with glass of nice hungarian wine :)

Staffs was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and location convenient. Simple breakfast.

I booked for deluxe double room , when open the window is veranda, lots of smoker smoking at the place and my room smells of smoke 🚬.

Amazing hotel spacious rooms great amenities and front office was super helpful kristofs explained to us about the room , gave us a complimentary upgrade and wine which made us feel at home and very welcome .
10/10 in everything especially the location was amazing.

I want to mention the most important thing , we ordered breakfast boxes on the last day and let me tell
you , I give it a 10/10 plenty of options nice sandwiches refreshing juices overall amazing experience .

Breakfast is good and could be improved but nonetheless everything is 10/10

Housekeeping kept the room in excellent condition which was very nice to see .

The mulled wine at the reception is absolutely one of a kind and delicious i wish i could get it everyday expecially in a cold day!
