The last day after leaving the apartment we realized that jewellery were stolen from our luggages.It was too late to go back to the apartment because we would lose our flight. We contacted the hostess again but nothing happened.
Zsofi who was looking after my booking went extra mile on all of my requests prior and during my stay. She's always on whatsapp and responded quickly to all my messages. I got a transfer from and to the airport, early check-in and late checkout!
I highly recommend and I would have paid more for such a great stay and service!
Coolest hostel I have ever stayed in. Awesome, friendly staff who have local friends that come and drink with you & show you around to the cool (not just touristy) clubs of the city.
If you're travelling alone or in a group of 3 or less than you simply MUST stay here. You won't regret it.
