The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and nicely equipped. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is also very convenient, with public transportation stations nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with dust on the furniture and stains on the carpet. In other rooms, my friends had a fridge, but in mine there wasn’t one at all. The hallway lights didn’t work, so it was dark and uncomfortable to walk through in the evening. On top of that, the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel.

My room had some hair on one mattress, even under the pillow. The other mattress had dark spots. Firm bed.
Run down furniture. Very small and old bathroom.
Reception is very very friendly.
It's ok if you don't mind and want to have a quick cheap overnight stay.

I dnt know wht to say part of the experience was good and other part was the worst!!!
First i got a good receptionist who was mid aged bold man and helped alot with the rate and room and so on …. At the end of the stay i tried to extend an extra night it was horrible like they were saying fully booked and some other things which was totally wrong as i saw on the next day anyway they charged abit normal and extended the night …. On night while leaving the room for some activities some issue wz the electricity happened and no one was there at all to help and tht wasted alot of time which simply made me lost the appointment i had booked earlier which ruined the night in terms of money and time … on the orher hand they insisted to shift me to other bldg which was more like a dorm and too old and noisy and literally not for normal hotel guests as it was obvious and was forced to do so and tht wasted so simply it was very hard to extend the night for no reason and also no proper support when the electricity issue happened at all and wasted the night in very very very bad room and lost my booking due to those delays and the bad room was for the same price of the good one

Actually it should be 1 star only and the 2nd one was only for the first guy i met there but all over my stay its a straight forward no!

The hotel did not meet our expectations. Although the location is good, the room was far from the reception, with long, dark corridors and an elevator that often didn’t work.

We had an emergency situation, but the staff showed no empathy or willingness to help. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Not absolutely terrible but also not good.
I had business to do very close to this location and other hotels were fully booked.

Actually the room was acceptable but technically no amenities. You can’t use the air conditioning because they will not give you the controller.

Pillow and blanket are very low quality, bed is fairly old. The reminder in the room says cleaning and towel change only in every 3 days. I clearly stayed more and cleaning / fresh towel never happened.

Breakfast was kind of okey. You get eggs some salami well and bread. Don’t expect anything fresh and healthy. Coffee is close to non drinkable you should rather choose filter tea.

Altogether for short stays acceptable for long term stay look for some more comfort.

The room was like a guesthouse in a county town in China. It was not good when I was in a hurry. It was difficult to book a hotel, so I was forced to choose this one. I had to pay a deposit of 20 euros to use the air conditioner remote control, which was funny. Ctrip's service is much worse than Booking.

After reading rather unfavorable opinions I was prepared for not the greatest stay. Fortunatelly, I was suprised, pleasently! Even though decoration is definitely outdated the room and hotel in general were more than enough. There is aircondition, working very well (remote control on bail 20 euro), the room was clean, bathroom utilities in order. Breakfast simple but good. The only disadavntage for me was lack of fresh vegetables or fruit. Location is also advantage, easy to get by car and then leave the city, close to bus stop to go for sightseeing.The staff was professional and helpful (we communicated in english). I truly recommend!
