The location of the apartment is nice, but the apartment itself could use some renovation. The floor looked like it was flooded before and the walls had all kind of marks on them. In the room there was also a smell of smoke. Also, you can hear through the walls noise from all neighbors.

The hotel is looking on the older side, but I felt it added to the historical experience. The parking lot is smaller, so it wouldn’t fit all the cars if all the rooms were booked, but the hosts were kind enough to switch the cars around so we could park. The breakfast food was tasty and fresh, containing the classic staples (eggs, cereal, fruit, pastry, yogurt, sausages, toast and bread, coffee, tea...

The property was very conveniently situated on the bus route and was close enough to the town center to walk. The staff, specifically Julia was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. The breakfast was outstanding and we were a three minute walk to the bus stop which took us directly to the train station.

Lovely experience at this hotel, the staff were inviting, friendly and really helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a big comfy bed. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options. It is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre and has lovely views to explore in the immediate surroundings area. The only downside was no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room.

Apparent is in an old building so as is expected it needs some updates. However it was clean which makes a difference. The issue was with the air conditioner that wasn’t cooling, the fan was on but there wasn’t any cold air. Also, hot water is limited. After my kids took a shower me and my husband were left with luke warm, almost cold water. Nice and available owner.

Absolutely avoid... there is no AC and warm water... rude staff, they close off solving the problem... we could move to an other room for full price, not the difference... not refund the room price. We needed to move to an other hotel in the middle of night.

Nice apartment spacious and comfy apart from you pay for AC location is ok for public transport but the district it’s in is a bit run down there are shops bars and restaurants close by. I stayed here for a week combining a conference with tourism. This venue is well situated on the lower levels of Buda. You can climb the stairs to central Buda or walk or metro or bus to Pest. It was convenient to have two rooms and kitchen and washing facilities even if I did not need to use most. Good breakfast buffet.

Love the location and as a semi local I can vouch for it. The rate is fair for a basic type accommodation. As I’ve stayed with them several times in the past I’ll repeat my suggestion: put some basic liquid soap in the shower that you can buy in bulk.
