The location is convenient, very close to the subway and bus stops. You can take the 100E bus from the airport directly to the hotel, but for the return trip to the airport, you'll need to go one stop forward or backward to catch the 100E. The virtual service for check-in may not be suitable for every customer due to an issue of pairing with the electronic door locker. It takes time to get assistance and resolve the issue. It’s advised the entry card should be backed up for the condition if required.

It was very tiring and stressful to do everything online. It would be better if you could put a person there who was interested. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a broken drain in the shower but it was okay.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Budapest. I especially loved the incredibly rich breakfast, though the dinner at the restaurant was a bit ordinary and lacked Hungarian character. Was very appreciative of their customer service as they let us change the date of our arrival with no penalty despite us accidentally booking a non-refundable room (need to email them directly, not through trip). Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind.
