Good location, nice rooms but very cold in the bar and lobby area. Even the staff had to wear additional clothing.

Tractor and digger wake up call
My room was on the mezzanine flooor facing the street
There were some road works just below my window and at 6.00 am they have started to make massive noise and I couldn’t sleep anymore
I have complained with the receptionist and the only thing she able to say it was “I’m sorry”

The hotel is very well located, it is right in the center by the Jewish quarter, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is somewhat basic but very tasty.

We are currently here on our last night. The hotel is perfect! The location is great, the rooms are a great size and spotless. Breakfast if fantastic with lots of options.
The Spa is free and well worth a soak at the end of a busy day walking around. All have the staff have been friendly and helpful..

The lavish breakfast had SO MANY options and it was SO GOOD! The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Excellent shower. Close to multiple metro stations. Very quiet at night. Unfortunately the Turkish spa was unavailable during our stay or this would be a 5 star review.

What a wonderful hotel! Nestled in the middle of the city center with a lavish breakfast buffet that tops any hotel breakfast you’ll ever experience. The rooms are roomy with a wide range of channels including a 24 hour music video channel that makes all the difference when you’ve had a long day of walking and want to kick your feet up. Did I mention there’s also free drinks! Highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

We stayed at the Museum hotel for 4 nights.
It was absolutely perfect and couldn’t recommend it enough. The room was a good size for us, so no complaints.
The bathroom was a little dirty especially the shower. Not a major problem tho.
Breakfast was very good although not a great selection. The breakfast room is quite small but we never had a problem with it.
We would have no problem staying here again.
TIP: leave the windows closed at night time. We left open and so many bugs flew in the window.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean but a little dingy. It certainly didn’t feel 4*.
It looked much better in photos than it is in real life. I will say the room is big for a city hotel and that is a big positive. The location is quiet whilst still being a short walk away to bars and restaurants. That is best part of this hotel.
The staff are really helpful. They sorted an airport pickup for us and stored our cases here on our last day. We ended up having our flight cancelled and they accommodated another night stay.
I wouldn’t pay for breakfast here. It is very poor and not worth the money. Not much options and the food that is there isn’t great.
