The bedroom itself was clean and provided a comfortable night’s sleep, and there is parking available on site, which was convenient.
One thing to note is that the room didn’t include a kettle, coffee facilities, or a fridge, which would have been a nice addition for guests staying overnight. We also needed to ask for a hair-dryer.
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stop for the night.
I see the reviews from the Asian guide, Bart, please believe me that what he wrote isn’t reflect of what happened, we was the couple close to his room, and I didn’t confirm that the room was cold, for us was perfect!
And sorry but they run to you because you were screaming like crazy and they run to listen to you and try to solve your problem…. And they run back for give to you and your group the electric heater. Anyway,
The common area are amazing with a stunning views, the room are comfortable clean and WARM! The staff is amazing, we felt like at home.
We eat at the restaurant for dinner and the price is convenient the food very well prepared, we eat dinner both night, was delicious….the breakfast is awesome, with more than 40 items!

You have to pay extra money to avoid the room 4, 5 and 6 otherwise just get the cold feet for the cold room.
The host was kind.
However the room 4, 5 and 6 have a problem with heating. The floor never gets warm.
Gutted that we missed the hot tub as we arrived very late
