The hotel itself is stunning; the great design really sets the mood, and the spa was very relaxing, exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious, the room was quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is also fantastic for getting around Reykjavik.
I have to mention Marek, the restaurant manager. He truly made our stay unforgettable. His hospitality and attention to detail were simply unmatched.
I will definitely be back!

The lighting in the room was very good, and the hotel overall felt modern and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We also really appreciated the location — it’s close to the harbor area and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and sights.
Overall, the hotel offers great amenities and a pleasant atmosphere, and we enjoyed our time there despite a few temperature issues.
