I had a great time at Hotel Empire! The food and atmosphere were solid, but the highlight of the visit was definitely the service. Our waiter, Natraj, provided beautiful service—he was attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such great hospitality. Highly recommended!"

Visited for family dinner.
Kebab was awesome as usual.
Tandoori chicken masala was great too with decent amount of roti and naan.
Disappointing was chicken biriyani.
Ordered 2 half chicken biryani, only a single piece of chicken that too a skinny bone piece, more than half of the plate was occupied by that piece, too much spices - at one point throat started burning..
Giving 1 less star in food section ---onky because of the chicken biryani
Not at all recommending to have chicken biryani here.

The food was great, just as expected at Empire Restaurant. Even though the place was quite busy, the service was quick, but you do need to remind the staff a couple of times. The restaurant is a bit congested and tends to get very crowded, especially on weekends.

Lift was not functional. Cockroaches in the room. No tea coffee making facilities in the room. overall not a good experience.

beds was not clean i guess because there were some bed bugs which ruined by sleep and even Air conditioner was not working properly even remote was not working properly

the hotel is old and it is above the restaurant. there is no separate entrance nor lobby. the parking is terrible. the rooms were very small and old built.

They were courteous to provide food for my Fasting at 4 am, availability of Prayer Hall in the basement was good to offer prayers during Ramzan fasting.

It has lost its glory. gone are the days when people would bring clients to give them an authentic taste of the horde.

This place an extremely bad bad odour! He washroom area is scary!! If i knew that this is how the place is maintained, I would never have never visited here.

Good Northwest-Indian food, nice ambience, good service.
This time I ordered Nalli Salan. Large portions : they brought out four marrowbones in gravy. Three were perfectly done, with the meat tender and falling off the bone. Wah!

Cockroaches were creeping the place. Food is average and expensive. Not worth place. Complained to manager he asked us change the table if u want.

We ordered Tomato Shorba, Chicken Chandni Kaibab, Paneer Peshwari Tikka,
Nalli ka Salan and Mutton Biryani. The first 4 item's were outstanding and out of this world, as they were 15 years back since when we have been visiting Samarkand. The taste of Mutton Biryani has declined, with the mutton pieces much harder and the flavor less prominent - otherwise would have rated 5/5. Also the washrooms were stinking.
