It was my first trip to India I went with my friend who's from there we found that some of the people were on staff were very rude and said terrible things to my friend and they told us that we couldn't get a discount even though we saw something on the internet price we found a cockroach in the room and we tried to kill it but it went under the bed and we are saying senior citizens so we couldn't lift up the bed to kill it and they sprayed something in that room and it aggravated my asthma. There was one rude front desk lady who was saying mean things to my friend and her own language that were unprofessional calling her a foreigner and we had suspicious charges on her balance since the lady said that we ordered fried Chicken at midnight and she said we're vegetarian we don't eat meat. My friend's family lived near there the nicest people were the waiters and the housekeeping department they were very kind people and nice they gave us bottled water.

Location is best, Neat and clean room, staff very friendly and always ready to help. We hice this pricing this is very ideal hotel.

there is NO vehicle parking. food and hotel location very bad.makemytrip location gave that's also wrong

Well maintained and good place to stay with family. Very close to Mehestic bus stand and Metro. Only drawback is restaurant closed on Sunday, but still staff managed to arrange food from other good hotel. Please tray to keep open restaurant on Sunday as well.

This is clean and neat family hotel with attached Restaurant serving South Indian and North Indian cuisine. House keeping is good and facilities like AC / Geyser etc are very functional. For the price they charged it was value for money experience. 24 hrs check in & out We had a very comfortable stay. Ours was indeed a repeat visit after 25 yrs. We did the repeat visit because our first visit back then we had a very pleasant memories of our stay at this hotel. Close to Majestic rly station. Easy access to metro / Bus Terminus / Rly station. Tourists and transit visitors will like this place for ease of convenience the hotel offers. Approach road to the hotel will be thru a narrow by-lane which is the only downside. Other wise it is a good value for money !!

I stayed here for 1 day with my family. Spacious room9/10, washroom 9/10 , food 7/10. It will be good if I get free breakfast; of course, I paid 4.2k for 4 adults! The area was not so good but it's near the Majestic metro (Walkable). there are so many shops around the hotel, nearby temple is there.

Clean and staff are courteous. Very convenient location and easily accessible. Tariff discount on is available at 15 % for online booking . I recommend. Best part is they provide 24 hour check out fornonline booking customer whichsaves alot. Tariff appears to be reasonable considering location. Room was neat and tidy but sofaset was not clean

Location was in the heart of the city, near railway station, this is good maintained hotel. Even staff is polite. They have maintained cleanliness

THE HOTEL IS AT BEST LOCATION. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD RESTAURANT. NO SMELL AND VERY CLEAN HOTEL. FRESH AIR COMING FROM THE WINDOWS. PRICE IS ALSO VERY REASONABLE. THE PERSON AT THE RECEPTION WAS VERY KIND AND NICE. HE HELPED US A LOT. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.
