Hotel Mumbai House Juhu in Mumbai

The hotel is right next to the airport, and you can hear planes flying overhead very clearly. The rooms have no windows, and the bed linen was dirty and full of holes – I just wanted to escape from this hotel. Guests aren't allowed to enter the rooms. At breakfast, they asked for payment even though breakfast was already paid for. There was nothing good to eat at breakfast. The staff were unfriendly, and the room was never cleaned.

There were swarms of cockroaches in the rooms on the second floor. I asked to change rooms, but there were cockroaches there too.

Probably our worst hotel experience. We booked the Deluxe version double bed.

The guys at the reception were nice, smiled and told us everything we needed. Nothing to complain about there but…

The worse part is when you step into the room. It wasn’t simply cleaned. They just (maybe) changed the bedsheets.

Everything was dirty. The walls had marks everywhere. The furniture old and worn out. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. There was a poo in it, hair and urine everywhere. The bedsheets and pillows had stains everywhere, also had holes in it. It felt really uncomfortable for us to even lay in the bed. The bed was uncomfortable and old - we were sweating whole night because of the bad materials. There were empty shower gels. The hot water didn’t work. Just cold water. Mosquitos at night everywhere and the anti-mosquito thing was empty. Noise from the street, airplanes every few minutes and a noise from a hallway - you hear everything, even preparing breakfast. We had to tell them to clean the bathroom because it was really disgusting. The breakfast had just few options but quite tasty.

The worst part is the price. It was expensive. The value for the money is ridicoulous. Definitely don’t recommend. Also many reviews here are fake as hell.

The plane is right in the takeoff path, the noise is endless, making it impossible to sleep.
Cargo planes fly in at night, vibrating the windows.
We booked this hotel with breakfast included for three days at your site, but the hotel told us they don't offer an option without breakfast, so we have to pay. The breakfasts are very disappointing; there's practically nothing to eat, so it's not worth the money.

Room service is slow. If you pay cash for food and don't take a photo of your payment, they make you pay for what you already paid when you check out, despite having a signed receipt. We had to pay twice for our food because they couldn't resolve the issue all day.

Also, the air conditioning is filthy, blowing directly on your head when you go to bed. There's mold in the bathroom, and the room smells musty and stale.

Mosquitoes, gnats, and cockroaches are swarming around. We also encountered small bugs on the furniture and menu, possibly due to the high humidity.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's definitely not a 3- or 4-star hotel, and 2-star is a stretch. They don't offer transfer or taxi services, and they don't speak English well, nor do they understand you.
