Stay Away from This Hotel – Worst Experience Ever

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Here are the key issues I faced:

1. Room Condition: The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The actual condition is far worse—everything is aged and poorly maintained.
2. Cleanliness: The hallways and rooms had a constant weird smell. The washrooms were filthy, with baby cockroaches crawling around. When I brought this up with the owner, instead of addressing the problem, he got annoyed and started shouting at us.
3. Owner’s Attitude: The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. Complaints were met with hostility rather than solutions.
4. Location: The hotel is situated very close to the Dharavi Slums, and I did not feel safe in the locality at all.
5. Overcharging: At checkout, we were overcharged for water bottles. The owner gave us a ridiculous explanation, claiming we must have ordered more than we remembered, which made no sense.
6. Comfort: The bed in our room broke on the second day. It was uncomfortable and added to the overall disappointment.
7. Food Quality: Do not order food from the hotel or nearby restaurants. The quality is terrible, and you risk getting food poisoning.

Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Poor service from hotel.. I gave them soft copy.. but hotel not accepted.. I came from 500km,they are not allowed me too check in, because I don't have hard copy of identity proof.

I recently stayed here, first of all let me tell you about the hotel
1. it's not like the same as shown in photos and it's condition is like an aged version of it as shown in the photos
2. There is always some weird smell which comes from the hallways and rooms.
3. The washrooms were dirty and you can see baby cockroaches roaming there and when we complained about it to the owner, he was annoyed by our remark and started shouting.
4. The hotel is situated very close to Dharavi Slums and I also didn't feel the locality was safe.
5. At the time of checkout while leaving, the owner overcharged us for the water bottles and gave a weird explanation, like we might have asked for more bottles which was quite stupid of him.
6. Overall for me this was my worst experience here and also please don't order food from this hotel and nearby restaurants, you will probably end up getting food poisoning.

The room was dirty, with dust and a musty smell. The bathroom had mold and grime. The ventilation was poor, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. To top it off, the manager was rude and dismissive when I complained. Avoid this hotel. Worst place to stay!
