I wanted a tiny room and I got exactly what I wanted. It was compact, comfortable and surpassed what my expectations were. I didn’t have to ask for much.

The staff are very receptive and helpful . Breakfast may not be to my choice as the continental one was limited.

Grace galaxy hotel is very good and the rooms there are very good breakfast is very good staff is very good and lift is also good all service staff and housekeeping staff is very good It is right on the road side and is very close to the Bandra West metro railway station. All the celebrities live there.

let's say first impression is the last impression Also the room it's not really cool. The room shown in the picture on social media is not like that at all, sorry disappointed! recep tion was very it was unfortunately I don't no the name of him his very rude. I think you must go other 4-star or 3-star to learn how to behave with the guys and I ordered some bread tost to eat but that's test my terrible it was so tight so hard to eat. And again I have ordered tandoori roti, this morning that one very bad roti not not soft at all...!

The room was quite spacious and looked good. It however lacked adquate ventilation. Good location in Bandra. But room service and staff could've been more warm and welcoming. Coffee was NOT AVAILABLE in lunch hours and that was pretty disappointing. The plates kept outside were not cleared till the next day! The bathroom was nice, albeit small bathtub. There was no soap, shampoo etc placed beforehand. We changed our hotel to golden chariot boutique the next day and due to good ventilation my partner felt much better and relaxed and finally completely enjoyed the trip there!

I was about to book online but I though I would check the rooms so made the payment after I saw the room. Now I got a great discount as I booked online and that kind of made the hotel owner angry. So he got back ag us by giving us the worst room. Also they don't help a bit for parking we roamed for half an hour at midnight for parking. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY AREN'T HELPFUL AND THEY GET BACK AT YOU IF YOU PAY ONLINE!!!!

Business hotel, with decent sized rooms at one of the nicer bandra locations. The place is clean, but could do with a little maintenance. ( however I did stay during the monsoon so...)
Great room service, helpful staff and a really cheap price for bandra.

The staff was super helpful throughout my stay. I was the only girl staying but they made me feel super safe and welcomed. They also fully catered to everything I needed from food to cleaning whenever I wanted. The reception and restaurant service is prompt , and is actual value for money. These guys are doing a splendid job , especially being at such a prime location. I would for sure recommend a pleasant stay here , and no doubts. I would surely come back for my staycation visits and business visits. Trust me for this.

Felt cheated!! Ran 3 in 1 qty has reduced drastically!!! The starter qty is 1/4 and gravy is 1/2 of original while rice qty is same! Rice and starter was cold! Had to get it reheated! On the other hand the price is now 1700/- which was 1200/- 6 months ago!!! I still agree that the taste is good and not compromised. Manager did not make effort to make things right. The waiter got additional gravy but the taste was different but of no use!!!

We had khichdi and golden fried prawns, both were simply superb. The prawns were fresh and very delicately spiced and fried to perfection. We ended our meal with a Shahi Takada... Which was also made to perfection.

Horrible experience. Worst service I have ever experienced. Food was not so yummy.. doesn't stand a bit for service. Not at all punctual and don't even stick to its name. So pathetic that even asking for any service they were not taking it in account. Staff behaviour was also like they have taken customer for granted. Totally not worth the money and time.
