OYO 64671 Royal Aqua in Mumbai

I booked online but after reaching thay told rooms are full after that thay show one room very bad condition

Rooms are very dirty and door lock also not working. Location is very noisy and could not sleep properly. I will never consider this hotel for the stay again in future.

Bathroom light not in working condition. It's continues flicker, out side window place is dirty, tv remote not working proper, ac is working well but not like my expectations.

I booked this hotel Royal Aqua through OYO app and paid the advance booking amount online. After reached in the Hotel premises yesterday, they told there was no booking and OYO never settled their booking amount from last 4 months. They didn't allowed my stay and told me to book somewhere else. It was great shocked to me that OYO did not checked with the owner of the property and put their customer at risk. It was night around 11:00 pm and OYO customer care told me to check in some other property. How careless they are. How OYO running their business at the cost of customer's safety. I will take this matter to consumer court for the compensation because OYO will refund the booking amount but what about customer safety and mental agony. Who will take the responsibility. Why they are featuring those hotels where they do not settled their dues and why they are keep taking booking and advances from their users. Shame on you OYO.

Its so bad hotel not even deserve single star. Not allowed check in for online booking customer. Its not even mentioned on their site. ROOMS ARE DANGEROUS. I got very ill after i step out from their. spitting on rooms wall, no clean water, no tissue , used towels, unclean toilets. Damaged walls, and charged extra for local water as well and that bedsheet oh my god so many stains on that. This hotel should be banned. Even the people working their are behave so weird

The worst hotel experience I have had. The manager denied online booking and OYO team was not helpful at all. Had to find an alternate accommodation. Not recommended, never book this hotel and never book through OYO

Just arrived, paid advance booking money through Oyo, now refusing to checkin, asking to contact Oyo and tell them that rooms are full. Ask them to refund ur money, we don't care.

Bogus hotel, they refused to check in for my advanced paid booking which was non refundable.

Stinky hotel, non co operative staff, non responsible people. Third class location third class hotel, staff, people.
