This is small, very comfortable and affordable boutique hotel and one with a difference. It is a wonderful little treasure trove of art and artefacts. The delightful rooms are not only aesthetically pleasing with art objects everywhere that lends a unique touch, but also furnished with all the creature comforts you would expect (and more!). It all contributes to an extremely comfortable and pleasurable stay. What makes you feel really special are the staff. Friendly, always helpful and cooperative the duty management team, headed by the wonderful Angeli, simply make you feel this is a home from home. This is a vibrant area of Mumbai within walking distance of the sea, where there are restaurants galore, but of course you can always dine in the hotel's own restaurant which has its own great menu.

Fantastic stay! Everything was perfect — from the friendly and professional service to the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

I have been to Mumbai many times and stayed in many different hotels. I discovered this hidden gem ten years ago on the web, whilst looking for a hotel within reasonable and easy distance to and from Mumbai’s CSM airport. I have been coming here ever since. The staff are all amazing and will attend to your every need with politeness and speed. The bedrooms are spotlessly clean and sublimely decorated with ancient traditional Indian themes mixed in with the modern. No two rooms are the same and there is always something new to discover. The quirky light switch operations take a while to get used to, but this can be quite fun once you get the hang of them! The actual location is great, and you are surrounded by good quality restaurants plus it’s an easy walk to the Carter Road coastal promenade and the Pali Hills area behind the hotel. This will always be my hotel of choice whenever I visit Mumbai. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful art hotel with excellent staff and very high customer service. Restaurant food was extremely good with many options. We also had massages at the spa which were the best weve ever had. Would highly recommend to any traveller. Better than most 5 star hotels we have stayed in.

Amazing hotel .. great location and lovely food! What’s not to like.. also a special shoutout to the hotel staff including Anjali who recommended the cheese pesto dhosa! A must try if your room includes breakfast. Also loved the surprise snacks they dropped every evening in the room! Loved my stay here! Will definitely come again

They didnt ask if i wanted small or large coffee. Also they have charged double for 2 cups when i asked for one mild and one strong. Very poor service from Asif

Nice place which is sea facing and one can enjoy coffee with a good view. Serves good coffee however the service is slow.
Ambience wise it's okayish, it's difficult to get parking during weekends at evening time.

I hated the coffee here. It's like the most generic coffee and nothing special in it. Only because of the sea view it's even worth sitting here for a meeting but don't bother ordering anything here.

Service is good enough. But the product from menu is not available. Even Basic faciltiy is not provided by shop. So kindly look after it.

Slow service. No snacks were available like samosa, momos etc which is there in their menu. That was a downer. Location is good though. The seashore is right across the road.
