Fabhotel Cm Palace in Jaipur

Faultu hotel. Dont trust it. They will allow us to book and at the time of check in, they will say we dont have any link with the concerned app which we booked. Later the hotel people only report the concerned app that we didnt checked in and enter as No show. We dont get refund from the booked app. This hotel people dont allow us to check in. This is the game they will play with us. They will simply cheat people. Be aware with this hotel. Dont book that this is coming for 1100-1200. That amount is completely waste

Very bad experience.
I had booked classic room thru OYO, after confirming my booking on call i had made the payment, but once i reached they were not happy, as i had got discount thru online payment.
Room was dirty, we requested them to change bed linens, but they didn't do it. TV was not working, AC remote was not there.
Wardrobe was full of spoiled plates and left over food, which they cleaned later on.

Food service was also pathetic, considering the high rate of food, the quality and quantity was bad. we had ordered simple indian cuisine, after 2 hours of waiting, i got the food out of which the rice was spoiled.

Giving 1 rating as there are no option to provide a negative rating.

One of the worst hotel in Jaipur. I booked it through Fabhotel. The fabhotel executive showed me pics which not even matched to 1 percent of what they gave me at the hotel. When I reached at the reception they told me that the room is ready but the room was not ready.

1) The linen was so dirty that I immediately asked for the change, However the newly provided one was also not good.
2) The room was very smelly, I had to ask for room freshener.
3) There was a chocolate wrapped in the wardrobe section.
4) The was cockroaches roaming around table area and the wardrobe area.
Next day at the morning I called the reception for a toothpaste, But no one picked my call. Lastly I had to call Fabhotel and made a complaint, Then only they gave a toothpaste which they purchased from the near shop.

Looking at the condition of this hotel, We left the hotel without having our breakfast(as it was included in the package).

I would suggest Fabhotel to do a random check on these kind of hotels.

I would suggest all the fellow customers to take a note of this. Do not book this hotel. Even I am reconsidering booking hotel through fabhotel. I will attach pics also.
