Another great stay at the Dera Rawatsar in Jaipur The hotel is very centrally located with a beautiful courtyard and a pool to relax after a busy day sightseeing and shopping in the city Staff friendly and helpful Room very spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the courtyard A good affordable place to stay in a central area of the city

A real gem of a place. Inviting, clean swimming pool and a wonderful green garden. We enjoyed two dinners and the vibe was peaceful and professional. Beautiful rooms with excellent bathroom and effective a/c with ceiling fans too. Recommend

My husband and I stayed for two nights at the Dera Rawatsar during the Holi Festival. The outside courtyard area is lovely, covered in trees and flowering plants. We were able to eat outside each day. Staff was always helpful and accommodating. Our room was enormous! Two floors, with a seating/TV area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs. A balcony with table and chairs was upstairs as well. Everything was extremely comfortable. Food was served as a breakfast buffet with adequate choices. Dinner was a la carte. We had a variety of dishes, including butter chicken and pasta. All were tasty. The only downside of Dera is the location is not in a walkable area. Enjoy your stay at Dera!

Had a brief stay here as a sight seeing base. Very friendly and comfortable base. Room was plush. Food was good. Owner had been away at a family wedding but took the time to introduce herself on her return. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay to this family run hotel over the Holi holiday. The place was very clean, we had a spacious room, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The evening meals were freshly cooked and delicious and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Staff here are so friendly and helpful. It is a lovely calm oasis away from bustle of Jaipur. Rooms are varied, spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was wholesome and delicious. Breakfast is good but as we were there five nights it did get a little samey. Hotel spotlessly clean. Short tuk tuk tide into the city. Make sure you ask for Rafik, outside the hotel he is a slightly older gentleman who knows everywhere without use of an iPhone so concentrated on the road.

This is a lovely quirky old building with lots of character in a residential street not far from busier streets of Jaipur. A friendly welcome with a drink and quick check in took care of formalities. We had a huge room (209) with a pretty balcony overlooking the courtyard. Bed was comfy with cris sheets and extra blankets which were required as it was cold when we were in Jaipur. The pillow w as too high for me personally and there was no other choice I’m aware of. Bathroom was large with good shower. Hot water switch needed turning in 15mins before required shower but that’s no problem. The room was chilly as only heated by a tiny electric heater. Tea and coffee in the room and a small searing are at one end. The staff were excellent and the dinners extremely good. We had traditional dishes the first night and more European the second but all were tasty and well cooked. Breakfast was eggs cooked what ever way required. Fruit, cereal and yogurt. No complaints at all and they boxed us a small breakfast to go for the next day as we had a stupidly early onward flight. A good and comfy and affordable place to stay.

When we entered the hotel we thought it was small. But it was really lovely. Staff are very good. Place is very clean We were upgraded to a huge suite. There is no lift..incase of mobility issues.request ground floor Location very good. Highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely large suite, with two king sized beds, we chose one which we actually found to be uncomfortable as it was a bit hard. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay with good food and service. We didn’t get into the pool as it was a bit too cold for us. Friendly owner and staff.

Amazing room.
Room was amazing and breakfast good. Seemed to be in a quiet area but ubers are cheap enough to get around. However. We used it as a pit stop on our guided trip so never had the intention of exploring from there. Pool was nice. Had a few drinks and some food on the evening. Decent enough.
