Hotel Pink Palace in Jaipur

To all the people reading this, my recommendation to you would be to skip this hotel completely. It’s not worth of your time, energy and money.
They seriously don’t understand the meaning of service and hospitality, I had a horrible experience with my family.
Please read about my experience below:
I reached the hotel around 8 pm at night and on entering my room I see cockroaches in my room and it was disgusting. When we told this to the hotel staff, they were very casual about it said hit spray kar dete hain but wasn’t all this supposed to be done before the arrival of the guest. If they were to do the pest control that same time, where were we supposed to go at night and when we questioned them they said ‘kya karein sir aap btao’. No seriousness, no apology, nothing. We did the basic cleaning ourselves and sat down and asked for a bottle of water around 8:30 and waited for 1 hour but no one came. We left out for dinner and came back and were then given the bottle around 11pm that too after reminding them. We asked for the menu for breakfast as it was not in the room to which they said their printer was not working. I mean wasn’t it supposed to be in the room already. Why do these ppl had to wait for someone to ask for it and then realise their printer not working. The condition of the washroom was not very clean and it had leakage and they did not even had a plumber to repair it. We had our room booked with breakfast where they served parantha, poha and bread-butter and in that too they charged extra for the curd they served with the parantha. I mean how are we supposed to eat a parantha then without the curd. If you serving an item atleast serve it properly. I don’t mind paying for my food according to my choice but if my breakfast was included in my room booking then it is supposed to be there properly.
One day we were tired and didn’t wanted to step out for dinner so thought of ordering it in house but we didn’t had the menu. The landline of the room wasn’t working. We went down to again ask for the menu to which they said today they won’t be serving dinner. Later the other one said it’ll be late, both having different things to say. When we called the manager to inform for the denial of the services and the staff behaviour, the manager was very rude and said ‘maine toh aapka room book nhi kiya, jisne kiya hai aap usse baat karo’. I mean what the hell! Who the hell made you the manager and what अरे you supposed to do if not helping your guests!
We had called the owner while our booking and hence reached out to him at last. The owner at-least acknowledged our concerns, unlike the other staff, and apologised. He scolded his staff over phone, after which the behaviour and attitude of the staff changed. But even that wasn’t very long lived.
Overall delayed service, ignorant behaviour of the staff and always making excuses.
When we are out with family or friends in a new place, we rely on a good stay for services, comfort and guidance.
I did not had an option to give star rating in zero or negative but this is not worth the amount we are paying.
I would never recommend this place to anyone so please skip this place for your stay in Jaipur. And if the owner is reading this, thank you for acknowledging our concerns and request you to please do something for your other guests. Anyone who’s coming there they deserve a good behaviour and service.

Rooms are nice service is bit slow but washrooms are too small you can’t even move in washroom

This has got such a Dirty rooms... In cooperative staff..need to call multiple times even for water...
Didn't gave the room which was booked online
Which even they promised once it's vacanct will allot you ...at the end it was shared by the staff all the rooms are same nothing as premium or anything.

This hotel might be good with Fabhotel..not sure
As its with Joystel it is horrible.. all waste of Money.

Though looks better from out.. as compared to other nearby properties.

But yes as it's on station road only the location if you traveling from bus stand is fine...
