Hotel the Orion in Jaipur

Hotel staff was absolutely rude and unprofessional. On a confirmed booking they denied check-in, all because their own computer was broken. Had to book another hotel as Orion's staff didn't bother to listen to verify internally. What a horrible experience

The stay was really pleasant,all the staffs food was really good, except Mukesh he was worst I'm a frequent guest of this hotel,my two of friends were about to come to meet me one was male the other one was female, after asking him to allow he denied it directly on face and the way he said was very rude,if you can't allow there is a way to deny but being rude with your guest is not good,you can check the past stays everytime I stay I stay in the same hotel only,but it was very unpleasant, they can allow the guy friend by taking there id and extra money and if it is about security they they should not even allow with money as well . 2.For late Departure i myself was ready to pay and he said that until 3:30pm they will charge me 400 ,but when I came to pay without informing me he asked for 600 for late departure.if you need extra money then make it clear at the same time,y to ask for it when the guest is coming, every time I stay he is the only one who is rude among all the staffs .he needs to be trained for the same . rest everything about that hotel is Great, people staffs (Except Mukesh),food everything is great.
