Townhouse 453 Malviya Nagar in Jaipur

Very bad experience, rooms were not in good condition, and washrooms are not maintained well. There’s a constant problem of water in taps and flushes. The staff is not cordial.

Unexpectedly, we arrived by 00:00 to our townhouse jagatpura hotel and with confirmed booking, and even a confirmation message from the place about a question we asked them earlier saying that they will help up with any problem that comes up. Sadly, when we came they refused to let us in.

Dear OYO Townhouse Jagatpura Management,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling service I received upon my arrival at your hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking and receiving a confirmation message from your team, I was denied my room when I arrived at midnight after a long and exhausting flight.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only did this cause me significant inconvenience and distress at an odd hour, but it also reflects a severe lack of responsibility and hospitality on your part. If confirmed bookings and written confirmations cannot be honored, it raises serious concerns about the reliability of your services.

I demand an immediate explanation for this unacceptable experience, along with a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, I expect assurance that such negligence will not occur again, either with me or any other guest.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through formal complaints and reviews.

I expect a prompt reply.

I had made the payment and yet they did not check me in officially.. got a cancellation email from OYO on the next day saying I had not shown up..

Checked out 3-4 rooms and all the rooms had spotty linen. Settled for one which was not satisfactory either..

They did not have the very basic amenity - bottled water.. the receptionist said if I have a water bottle, I can fill it from the can that they had..

All the rooms are left open, none were locked. And they all appeared to be used ones, not cleaned..

It appears like this hotel in only used for all wrong purposes. Their mattress/spring was all broken with no cushioning or support at all.

All in all a very horrible experience..

And I am amused to see that they such good and large number of ratings.. but start reading the reviews, it is exactly opposite..
