InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road in Jaipur

recently attended an event at InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road, and I was highly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided. The hotel offers a beautiful ambiance, well-maintained facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere that made the entire experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to the banquet team, whose efforts were outstanding throughout the event. I would like to sincerely thank Rohit, Hemendra, Abhishek, and Vishnu for their dedication and professionalism. Their attentive service, polite communication, and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that every detail was taken care of perfectly. They were always available to assist with a smile, making guests feel comfortable and valued. The team’s coordination and efficiency were remarkable, reflecting their strong commitment to delivering excellence. Their hard work played a key role in making the event smooth and memorable for everyone present. I truly appreciate the hospitality and high standards maintained by the staff. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to visiting again and enjoying such outstanding service in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay at InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road during our anniversary celebration. The hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay were truly impressive. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile, which made the overall experience even more comfortable and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the anniversary cake, handwritten note, and thoughtful room arrangements. These personal touches made us feel genuinely valued as guests and added beautifully to our special occasion. A sincere thanks to the entire team for making our anniversary memorable. The warmth, service, and care shown throughout our stay meant a lot to us.

Best Place to be if you are visiting Jaipur. Amazing food, very spacious & pretty rooms, very skilled staffs. Really loved how Mr. Rajesh made us feel at home and comfortable by approaching and initiating conversation with his exceptional communication skill and not forgetting Mr. Modassir who assisted through out & made our dining experience amazing. 10/10 first Intercontinental and Jaipur experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the InterContinental Jaipur. The staff were truly excellent—gracious, attentive, and incredibly helpful, even though the hotel was fully sold out during my stay. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests, which made a lasting impression. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, especially for access to JECC, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. Thank you for the warm hospitality and exceptional service.

Huge thank you firstly - to the lovely doorman Chatraham (or similarly spelled - unfortunately I only had a second to get his name). He was so lovely he offered to pay cash on our behalf when our Uber unexpectedly demanded cash vs card payment. Such a kind man - huge kudos to him please!

We stayed here for 1 night en route back home from India. Excellent location to airport, also Choki Dhani Cultural site. Very Western hotel, but just what we wanted after our amazing few weeks in India.

Clean, lovely rooms, can recommend totally.

We only stayed one night in this beautiful hotel- great for westerners looking for a more international hotel. The lobby and other public areas are decorated in marble and they had a great decorator for the furnishings.
The reason for 4 stars is due to (1) our carpet in our room being gross- lost of stains; (2) service in the main restaurant is very slow- takes 10+ mins to get a dinner check or coffee at breakfast- not even peak hours; (3) the breakfast isn’t as good as at other hotels we’ve stayed in on this 5 city tour.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and every corner is aesthetically pleasing. The staff here is courteous. I would like to thank Akshay for his wonderful wonderful hospitality. He is very professional and hardworking. Kuddos to the F&B staff -Gopal & Kajal.

It was my best stay in #2025 , what a property. Beautifully designed and services was top notch. Staff were so friendly and caring. Ehk Vikas , Supervisor Dharampal, GSA Sagar Malik, In coffee shop Rajesh ji , Duty Manager Angad and Chef Sudhir were some names to mentioned. I will recommend this property for sure if you are planning to visit Jaipur
