0 service in resturents..no tissue paper , no water facility..running resturent without owner ..only staff based and they don't care at all. Quality of food is 3rd class. Never repeat again and step in such place. I give 0 rating ..to them

I had booked this hotel (Hotel Utsav) through OYO, but even before my arrival, they didn’t have rooms readily available. Still, they kept accepting bookings on OYO. When I reached, I found the room extremely dirty — the bathroom had no light, and the area near the bed was so unhygienic that there were red ants everywhere. Cleanliness was completely missing.
In my opinion, OYO should remove this hotel from its platform to protect its reputation. This was the worst stay experience of my life. The staff was completely unprofessional — no matter what you tell them, they don’t care at all. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid staying at this hotel under any circumstances.

Worst experience you'll ever have....staffs are rude, service is very poor, equipments are not working properly....so if u want to ruin your experience in Jaipur, you can opt for this hotel.

Very very very poor horrible experience in this hotel.. first toh we have booked this hotel from oyo …plz note oyo hotel booking is not trusted site if you are travelling with you family plz dont book from oyo fraud website .. coming to this hotel this is not hotel rather u stay on footpath same experience u ill get .. horrible service from staff and owner

Very poor plz don't come to this hotel ustav,,,also suggest you don't book from oyo u I'll have very bad experience while checkin ....poor service no AC proper no tv proper but room charges is very high,,, we have charged double the rate ... Couple k liye this hotel is good ... Oyo is fraud and ustav uska baap hai fraud mamle mai

Worst hotel in Jaipur bad service ...plz don't trust oye Oye website is now only for couples booking ...if family plz don't book from Oyo we have very bad experience in this we have charged more at check-in time can't do any thing,,worst service worst staff all thanks to Oyo to experience us this kind of thing

I have been at Barista - Chitrakoot, Jaipur and that's my second time [first time I went to Barista - Dubai] but comparatively I am quite dissatisfied with quality of beverage and staff was also not professional enough to maintain decorum. Entire experience is average.
