Kanchan Kesari Village Resort in Jaipur

The food is tasteless...
Disappointed to came here...
Never ever came here in future...
The washroom are also not good.....
500 per person they are charging and food quality is so bad...

I had a very upsetting experience at Kanchan Kesari Resort, Jaipur. In an emergency situation, I requested to use the washroom, but the security guard outright refused.

Denying someone access to a washroom in an emergency is not only insensitive and inhumane, but also goes against basic hospitality ethics and public norms in India, where emergency washroom access is generally expected to be allowed.

A resort reflects its values through its staff as the guard was really very rude, and unfortunately, this incident showed a complete lack of empathy, training, and basic courtesy. I hope the management takes this seriously, trains their staff better, and ensures no one else has to go through such an uncomfortable and humiliating situation.

Have gone worsen by time..
First; to reach you've to take atleast a far ahead underpass which is not mentioned anywhere around the property and if u miss that (which you'll do most probably as again there's no board/ sign).
then you've to go straight ahead of 5 kms for finding a cut/divider.
Secondary; the property is not at all mentioned properly/ no updation nothing.
Thirdly the new year party was horrible; dj was horrible, no good activities were there nor there was any party hype/atmosphere.
Dinner was pale and not fancy at all as compared to the payment taken
Ultimately I'll say I wasted my 31st eve and will never ever think about planning to go there anytime soon;
Until and until till they do something different from what they are doing so far..

A big loud request to their caretakers to buckle up and take advantage of this main road property..
As so far it seems the owner is not at all interested in going with the times.

Worst experience staying here. Very pathetic service overall rooms are very untidy. Behaviour of staff also not good . Can’t recommend to any one. Waste of money so many reminders given for any order food quality is not good even

TODAY with family we visit kanchan kesari when we eating pulao that serves in the restaurant we found a piece of glass while eating.This type of service clearly shows their carelessness.we immediately stop eating.so confirm this matter to your staff and also check in camera.

It was a very poor experience during my stay. Nobody cared about cleanliness. The bedsheet was very dirty and no blanket was available. Even nobody is available on reception from 11 pm to 11 am.

No proper facility of even water.too much waiting time for snacks.har jgh loot mcha rkhi h. Jesa dikhaya vese kuch nhi total mila ke 4 activities h baki sab bnd h.aur bola jata h ki only Saturday Sunday ko khulti h y sab to btaya kyu h tickets k charges lete time..
