Stay Hub in Kolkata

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The overall service was very poor, and the manager’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable. He was rude, unprofessional, and showed no basic courtesy toward guests. Hospitality starts with respectful behavior, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.
The service quality was also very bad. Staff members seemed untrained, and there was no proper response to complaints or requests. Instead of resolving issues, the manager made the situation worse with his attitude.
I sincerely request the hotel owner to look into this matter seriously and consider changing the current manager. Such behavior can damage the reputation of the hotel and drive customers away.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The person sitting at the reception has a very bad attitude. He does not listen or talk properly and does not accept online payments. He directly tells you to look for another hotel and uses bad language. I went there with my wife and the behavior was extremely bad. I strongly suggest that no one should go to this hotel with their wife or girlfriend.

Worst hotel in the entire kolkata, how can I be more wrong about this hotel, if you are visiting kolkata and you are thinking of having a great time with your loved ones and family and friends, you're happy to ruin your entire mode... their rooms are pathetic, the service is extremely poorrrr, and their staff, they will think they own you the worst

The services are not good. Cleanliness and hygiene and questionable. Ambience to my own experience is unpleasant.

No cleaning room ,no maintenance overall worst… in photos looking so good but it’s horrible place .. never suggest ony one
