Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in 40 years. The linen is grey , the pillows are filthy, very low water pressure . We booked the best room and the AC was broken on the complete fifth floor had to move to the second floor smaller room. We were charged for a night we did not stay due plane delay. All in all your hotel

Hospitality and food is 10/10. For the price, room is quite small and cramped. Property is old and showing signs of aging like wobbly door knobs, stained toilet pots and wash basins. Leaking faucets and malfunctioning water mixer. Ply peeling off from furniture and malfunctioning curtain sliders. Approach road has bidirectional one way, meaning morning till noon left lane traffic, noon till night right lane traffice only. No drive through in case of rain. They don't mind an extra hour post checkout time. In short, good people keeping a worn out property alive!

The food is ok. It can further be improved.
Facilitis are minimal e.g they are just providing two half litre water bottles as complimentary per day. They can give atleast two 1 ltr bottles.
The location is excellent. Just 200 mtrs from park street.

Authentic continental cuisine with some good cocktails! Try the prawn cocktail, garlic bread, chicken Mexicana and chicken a la kiev. Bloody Mary was excellent as well. Comfortable seating and prime location park street. Very nice place for a family outing , even for a date.

Nice place for hangout with friends...food as well as drinks are served here...also separate section for drinks... interior decoration and environment is good... staffs are co operative...food little bit costly...not pocket friendly...location is very good.

Brilliant place in the heart of park Street. Located a foot away from Flury's. This place offers great continental and Indian options. Alcohol is served as well as some very good cocktails. The chef special chicken is uber to taste as well as the Fish Diana. Try out the Herby chicken fingers for the starters if you will. Dessert options are good too. A great place to be.

Very decent restaurant with delicious Italian as well as Indian dishes at Park Street , Kolkata. Hospitality , cleanliness and services are remarkably good. Love to visit again.

A huge variety of food is served here.One cannot have it all at a time (unlimited quantity). But taste has to be improved a lot. Food quality is good but I wont say its mouth wateringly tasty ,other places serve way better food. Price is affordable. Staff is what you can call perfect and suler polite and very helpful. Overall good ,but I wont visit it again because taste lures me more than quantity. Hope this helps.
