I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages is its prime location. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, making it easy to reach most of the major attractions and important places nearby. Whether you want to explore the city, visit tourist spots, or access transport options, everything is quite close and easily accessible.

The rooms are excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The housekeeping standards are clearly very good, and the rooms provide a relaxing environment after a long day of travel or sightseeing.

Another highlight is the in-house restaurant. The food options are amazing, especially if you enjoy North Indian cuisine. The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared, and you will definitely like the variety and quality of the food served there.

What truly stands out, however, is the staff and hospitality. The entire team is extremely friendly and welcoming. From the watchman at the entrance to the hotel manager, everyone is polite, helpful, and attentive. Their warm behavior really enhances the overall experience and makes guests feel comfortable and valued.

Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

I had booked around 12 rooms in the hotel for 3Nights, and the team at opus didnt give us a chance to complain about anything. The guests were really happy, the rooms were clean and hygienic, the staff were polite and helping, and the breakfast was delicious. A complete package at affordable rates. Would Specially mention jaspreet, who helped us with everything 😃

The hotel is good and the location is excellent. It is very close to Kalighat Temple, and there is a nice market nearby, which makes it very convenient for shopping. Auto-rickshaws are easily available right outside the hotel, which makes traveling around the city quite easy.
However, the room size is a bit small, and the staff service is average. Overall, it’s a good option mainly because of its prime location.

I really like the atmosphere of this hotel.
The rooms are spacious, bright & very clean. It's in one of the best location of Kolkata. I am a frequent visitor to this hotel yearly twice & it feels like home now. The staff are helpful, well mannered, attentive & responding quickly to any requests. Mr Jaspreet is really very gentle, too humble & friendly person. Overall, I enjoy my every stay here.

The staff are really well behaved and it’s also a very clean property! the hotel has all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay.

It was really a great stay. Everything was well and good. Well behaved staff and services. Its was a pleasant experience with a good location.

The room was extremely clean and service was prompt. Staffs were polite. We ordered food from the restaurant available at hotel and the quality of food was tasty and quantity was more than enough for 2 persons. We did enjoy our stay.
