Pathetic service and very filthy place to stay at Salt Lake! Simple examples are bed cleaning (bed bugs), room cleaning services, Laundry services, food services are despicable and place managed by a Bengali manager with spec (forgetting his name). Had stayed around 20 days under corporate booking and these folks unethically billed for damaged bedsheet for Rs:1000 which was outrageous and couldn't react as was under corporate booking. Bill number - INV3192, this place is poorly managed by same Bengali manager who always defend his staff. This is unsafe place for families where staff would enter room without knocking and kitchen staff would prepare food with humongous oil and masala! They would make you wait during checkout and staff would go for room inspection which I have never seen for corporate booking!
Absolute shame and are the founders listening or pitching for funding only without streamlining this place ?

Location is at a residential area. Transportation is a problem and rooms are too small and congested. Staff hospitality is good but the managers are rude. Expensive for a backpacker/budget traveller and uncomfortable rooms for a tourist.
