Feedback on My Stay at Hotel Emirates 1. Reception (2/10) The receptionist showed a complete lack of professionalism. I had booked and paid for a room for two guests, including breakfast for both. However, my partner only visited me during the daytime — I stayed alone and had breakfast alone. Despite this, the receptionist kept questioning whether my partner would stay overnight, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest that the hotel management train the front desk staff on how to communicate respectfully with guests. We pay a considerable amount to stay at your property and expect courteous treatment in return. 2. Room (4/10) I had booked a Deluxe Room, but it did not meet expectations. The room appeared old-fashioned and was nothing like the photos shown online. Overall, the room seemed overpriced considering the amenities provided. 3. Location (10/10) The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Park Street Metro Station. Most popular places and restaurants are easily accessible from the hotel. 4. Food (7/10) The food quality was good, and the breakfast was decent. However, the breakfast menu should have more variety. It remained almost the same throughout my stay. 5. Other Staff (8/10) There is an elderly gentleman at the restaurant who is very cooperative and polite. I don’t remember his name, but he deserves special appreciation for his hospitality. The cleaning and housekeeping staff were also very supportive and helpful.

Very terrible rooms and room service, be careful while paying restaurant bills extra dishes will added and charged if you won't check .
