I recently had the most wonderful stay at FORTUNE PARK PANCHWATI, KOLKATA resort, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly organized.
The ambiance of the resort is simply breathtaking. The surroundings are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and give you a perfect escape from daily stress. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Every little detail in the decor added to the luxurious yet cozy vibe.
All the staffs ( watchman, security team, reception team, cleaning team, zodiac restaurant team, the manager etc.) deserve special appreciation — they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more special.
The food was another highlight! Fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options — every meal felt like a treat. The amenities and facilities were excellent, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fortune Park Panchwati. The hotel overall was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Puja, who was extremely polite and welcoming. She went out of her way to assist me with an early check-in and also arranged a room with a beautiful pool view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was courteous, and the service was smooth throughout. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stay was very comfortable. Food was also awesome. I liked the Superior class room which we don't usually get in any other hotel.

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were amazing. Swimming pools were available, and there were some beautiful flowers in front of the reception area. However, the hall areas and swimming pools need better cleaning; I even found one nail on the floor. There were two TVs in the two rooms. The rooms were spacious—one room had two double beds, and the other room had one double bed. A hair dryer was available in the washroom. Tea,slippers,shampoo, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush and toothpaste kit were provided.Food quality was average.

Well behaved courtesies and cooperative staff. Good experience, we have had comfortable stay with good ambiance. Food quality was excellent. Housekeeping staff took care. Madhabi and Mamoni were quite helpful.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Madhavi, mamoni and tuisha’s behaviour was really nice and they came for room cleaning.

The Ambience was excellent. Foods are too good and tasty. Polite and first services given by the hotel people. Special thanks to hotel staff Ms. Shreerupa Paul for her excellent coordination. Thanks to team ITC Panchvwati.
