The hotel is extremely close to the consulate, which made morning commute quick and worry-free. For such an affordable price, the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained.
What truly stood out was the staff and manager behavior. From the moment we checked in, the team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and offered great local recommendations. The hotel is perfectly located,close enough to the main road for easy access, but quiet enough for a good rest. Transportation and communication were seamless.

I am from Eros Travels, I booked this hotel for my client in March 2026 for 3 Nights stay, because of location and i thought its a big hotel ans must have had a best services, but I was wrong and landed into Trouble because of the Servicez and the quality of stay they offered to my client. I asked them to change the rooms and provide in same floor but they did not take any action. Because of thia client refused to continue his other two nights stay in this hotel and i had to arrange their stay in some other hotel. When I requested them to arrange a refund as my client didnot like the rooms and the services they simply refused. I told them i have to arrange their other stay and need to pay to other hotel too. But they are not paying. They are not professional ams cooperative, they dont believe in giving services at all. They shd be shamed of themself. USELESS TEAM USELESS HOTEL

Stayed here in a group for marriage. Very stuffy rooms, no windows in some, no proper ventilation. Food was average. Only good this is its location and price.

We went there in stressful situation when our current accomodation had no water supply suddenly. Hotel staff calmed us and immediately provided us best rooms available.
Its no fuss hotel all staff treated us like family helping now and then on all queries. Even agreed for time extension at minimum cost.
I must say even single ladies can stay there without any hassel as its centrally located.
5 star for location and staff.

Just want to share my real issues about hotel

We have booked room on Make my trip and We arrived to the hotel at midnight and they were showing 4rooms in 1st Floor and all were Water sewage and less ventilation...I have requested them and shown without sewage room in 5th floor but without window.Wr have adjusted and stayed later in morning We realised that no air flow and bathroom smells lot so we have shifted to another big room and we have upgraded another room through Online and we have sent photos of Rooms and Walls and outside walls srwage photos through mail.So that hotel Owner Pradeep got angry and told us to vacate immediately saying that you were posted wrong photos.He is totally misbehaving with us bcoz of online complaint and He told us to vacate immediately.

I have ordered food Peper corn fry but they served Chicken wrongly.I have complained in reception and they are saying that what can I do...

So am requesting everyone here to stay before plz check it and stay.

I stayed at this hotel for ₹2.5k per night, mainly because it’s located right in front of the US visa consulate — which is very convenient if you have an appointment there. The room was just okay — nothing special, but manageable for a short stay. However, the biggest issue was the bathroom. It was very small, and the toilet seat was set unusually low, which made it quite uncomfortable. The hotel really needs to improve its bathroom facilities. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're on a tight budget and need a place close to the consulate.

The hotel staff is very good, but rent is very high, no proper cleaning, when we booked the hotel they show Double bed plus single bed for three persons but they refused to give single bed

A huge variety of food is served here.One cannot have it all at a time (unlimited quantity). But taste has to be improved a lot. Food quality is good but I wont say its mouth wateringly tasty ,other places serve way better food. Price is affordable. Staff is what you can call perfect and suler polite and very helpful. Overall good ,but I wont visit it again because taste lures me more than quantity. Hope this helps.

A sheer paradise for the ones who would like to have some authentic Bangla cuisine. They have a perfect blend of varieties and taste to satisfy your cravings of pure bangla cuisine. A must visit place indeed. A 4 on 5 as the ambience is not that good. But who cares of ambience when you get such lip smacking, finger licking food?

Located at the heart of the city this is best place in Kolkata for bengali dishes more particularly Bangladeshi dishes. Prices reasonable. Taste yummy.

Located right on Mirza Ghalib Street, it serves authentic Bengali cuisines, although the pricing isn’t pocket friendly. Service has been great so far, although there’s room for improvement. Ambience is nice and quality of food is usually good. This outlet has been opened after their initial success in other outlets in the city and they have been doing a good job with traditional food being served in clean and efficient manner.
