I booked 3 rooms and it was an absolute disaster. The floors were filthy to the point where walking barefoot would leave your feet dirty. The bathrooms were in terrible condition — the wash basin was leaking, and the overall state was unhygienic and unacceptable. None of the rooms had basic amenities like bottled water, toilet paper, a kettle, or hot drink facilities. Additionally, the plug points were faulty, with some dangerously taped together. It felt unsafe and unprofessional. The hotel’s location, right on the street, made it extremely noisy, and it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Combined with the poor maintenance and cleanliness, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel unless they take serious steps to improve their standards. A truly regrettable experience!

The bathroom fixtures were not working properly also bath area was not clean. The restaurant attached to hotel was closed but was not updated. Room service by staff was very good and polite.

The hotel property is in great place they don't have kitchen for which i have arranged my fooding outside. Rest accommodation and other facilities are as per standard. If they can maintain or facilities the food it can be better

In prime location, rooms are big, with all amenities, staff behaviour was really friendly. Hygienic.

The location of the hotel is close to park circus roundabout which connects to multiple parts of kolkata city.

The bed linen was not clean. Bathroom flush was continuously flowing disturbing the sleep. No attached restaurant was a big handicap. Could have kept a kettle with some tea/ coffee sachets to have morning tea.
