There was no one to help us with the luggage till the hotel reception. The room was very dirty, bathroom was also very dirty. Pillows provided to us were without cover and the room floor was terribly dirty.

My Boys stayed in same hotel same room at 1800+GST double occupancy and for me they gave same class of room,room was absolute bad, inside room no kits delivered.
Staffs are uneducated and mannerless,very dirty entire premise.

The hotel ambiance is good, well located place with excellent connectivity towards the city and outskirts. The only thing is no option for natural light and air to pass by. For food and amenities it is all over the area with small eateries, restaurants and many more. I would say well developed area.

Very bad services by hotel staff, all bed sheet and pillow cover is very dirty. Unhygienic place, no facility available, worst ever. Sorry i don't have any images

I recently stayed at [hotel name] near [airport name, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities a traveler might need, including a super comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep despite the hotel's proximity to the airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was timely and convenient, making the logistics of my travel hassle-free. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served a delicious breakfast with plenty of options.

Experience is good for short stay..
However few areas which can be improved like cleanliness, Room quality, Hygeine etc... Room service, Dining experience is good & every persons are very polite & helpful...
Room was good but again looks like they are lacking for regular maintenance...
The hotel is well connected from VIP so from communication part it's 5 out of 5..
No other hassle, So will visit again ☺️☺️

2. and next day when you go to restaurant to Change the order . you need to wait over hours .
3. WORST behaviour from the boys
4. Food quality also not good.
this is a old restaurant. It was good. but now it is worst. Manger must fire new boys .
DON'T go to restaurant if you don't want bad service .
