🚫 DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 🚫 I had an absolutely horrible experience with this hotel during my wedding. Despite booking rooms well in advance and confirming multiple times, the hotel blatantly failed to honor our reservations. On the day of the wedding, we were shockingly told that our “confirmed” bookings had been reduced to just a few rooms. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff and manager were extremely rude, dismissive, and even raised their voices at us. There was zero accountability and no attempt to help—only arguments and chaos. The entire situation felt like dealing with a completely unprofessional setup. The mismanagement was on another level—poor coordination, lack of basic hospitality, and complete disregard for customers. Even basic facilities were questionable. It honestly felt like they overbook rooms and then resell them at higher prices, leaving original guests stranded. This hotel completely ruined a once-in-a-lifetime family event for us. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. ❌ Unprofessional staff ❌ Zero accountability ❌ Booking not honored ❌ Extremely rude management ❌ Total mismanagement Avoid at all costs.

Service was slow and poor and they provided breakfast in the room instead of normmal buffet breakfast. Pillow was dirty and room was small.
