1. **Defective AC**:
- The AC was not working properly, and despite attempts to fix it, the problem persisted.

2. **NO COMPLEMENTARY WATER**:
- Most hotels provide free water as a basic amenity. The lack of it and the unprofessional response of the staff (asking you to get down to get water) is disappointing.

3. **No Card Transaction**:
- The hotel's inability to accept card payments is inconvenient and outdated. This limits your ability to comfortably pay for services

4. **Hidden Charges**:
- You were charged for a plastic plate without prior notice, which is unreasonable. Additionally, vague charges for pets and other services are unprofessional and unfair

5. **Checkout Timing Confusion**:
- Hotel staff failed to clearly communicate checkout policies Being told at the last minute about additional charges for checking out at the scheduled time (12 PM) is unacceptable.

6. **Poor Communication**:
- During your stay, staff failed to communicate important information (eg, charges, policies and amenities), causing frustration and inconvenience.

Very bad experience. Low room category, ground floor as this is belong to corporate room. Poor quality complimentary breakfast. Hot water switch is handling by them, so facing problem to get all time hot water.
