Worst hospitality Worst staff Worst food Front office and restaurant staff is unprofessional Dont know how to talk with a guest I believe lemon tree is a decent brand they deserve professionals. 5th visit but same issues.

We recently attended an annual convening at Lemon Tree Premier, Kolkata, and had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Rehman and Ashish from the restaurant team for thoughtfully catering to all our food preferences and ensuring we enjoyed healthy and delicious meals throughout our stay. Highly recommended! Specially we liked live counter food server in dinner buffet. ❤️😍

Mr. Mostafijur and Mr. Mayukh were very nice and gave us so much attention. They were very humble and spoke nicely with us, as all the staff were so good and nice. We were so tired, but they made us so comfortable. Very good staff, so humble. I'm so happy I can't express it. Someone treating us so nicely makes us feel so good. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience at Lemon Tree. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and every aspect of my stay was handled with great care and professionalism. A special thanks to Mr. Rehman, the F&B Manager, for his outstanding hospitality. His attentive and thoughtful approach—not just towards me, but towards all guests—truly stood out and made the experience even more memorable. I am extremely happy with the overall service and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lemon tree is in every city. However, the staff behaviour makes this different. Kudos to Mr. Mayukh and Mr. Rehman who are full of life. Happy souls serving with love and kindness.

Amazing stay....good connectivity to all places. Clean rooms and washrooms.
Staff behaviour was very polite and the services provided were great.
The food was okayish, not too great for the price they charge. Also we booked a room with complimentary breakfast but during breakfast it was told that complimentary breakfast is not available so had to pay for the same thing again.

They allotted same room to someone else and that person entered my room also. Thankfully nothing awkward happened.
Imagine you are ina hotel, just came out of washroom and another person walks in. These guys don't even have information that same room has another card(key) allotted to someone else.

Staying at LemonTree, New town, Kolkata, was one of the smartest ideas that came to our minds. It's a great place to stay with extremely polite staff (exceptions are always there). The food was up to the mark.
The only issue which could pull this place down is the room service. The beds, sheets, toilets and everything else were amazing, however to get them changed, it takes time here.
Overall, a lovely location to stay and comfortably move around the city. Very neat and sanitized.
