The most pathetic service they have given to us . We have booked from agoda when we came for check in firstly due to their system issue they have not given check-in even in the mid night where we are hell tiring due to long travelling. On top of it, instead of compensating for it they have charged us extra money since we mistakenly booked for 1 person instead of 2 although for 2 its the same price on agoda app. They didn’t allow and asked 500 to checkin wasted our 1.5 hour. As its the mid night we have to pay. So called hospitality they have given. No wonder why all rooms are empty

Amazing experience. Staff are really helpful and polite. If u need a cozy hotel at affordable prices you should plan your stay here. Close to all shop and mall.

No lift service outdated accommodation with high tariff ...hotel rate should be below rs 1000..rooms are too smelly with no hygiene ...

All staff are very much renowned. And cleaning is excellent. I highly recommend. When i was in kolkata i always prefer this hotel to stay.

Small cosy place... Nice food.. nice staff nice ambience...found nothing bad about the place....though you may find some items in the menu card which may actually nt be available... Tht's the only downside i could find..bt thn this happens in almost all restaurants
