The location is prime and the breakfast is decent, but be warned about the unfair practices and rude staff. During my stay in Room 102, from 29 Jan 2026 to Feb 1st 2026, housekeeping was extremely unprofessional and demanded ₹480 as an extra cleaning charge for a period stain on the bedsheet. In any reputable hotel, standard laundry is included in the room charges; this felt like an attempt to exploit guests. Additionally, be aware that there is no lift and the property is not wheelchair friendly, which made moving luggage difficult. The rooms are just okay, but the terrible service and hidden 'fines' make this a poor choice. Avoid if you want a hassle-free stay.

The room floor was dusty, and the toilet seat could have been better maintained.

The place have a very welcoming staff, definitely recommend for a family. but they could really improve on hygiene and those fungus on head board of bed.

Terrible hygiene, stains on bedclothes with dingy bathrooms and dead insects all around. Pillow cases and towers were stained, room was moldy

No lift available at hotel. Food is below average. Service quality leaves much to be desired. Only plus point is location. At this pricepoint better avoid this hotel

Walls are untidy/cracks/leakage. Very congested rooms. Bathroom has water logging issue. Light was not proper, they said its a sensor but had to repair because it had a fault. Hotel is very old. Breakfast was good.

Feast on great pizzas and pasta at this centrally located bistro. Drinks of all kinds on the menu. Reasonably priced. You can even get one pizza to have two different kinds as the chefs will simply make two pizza kinds on half of each. Thin crust, lovely peperoni pizzas, hawaiian pizzas are a few family favourites. Delicious mocktails are on offer as well for teetotallers. Enjoy!

I have been visiting this restaurant since years, may be more than 10 years now. the service and food quality is maintained.

The Pizza server here is among the best in the city. best part is they are consistent.

Located near a metro station, it is easily accessible, however, parking one's car could be a trouble here.

The ambience is nice with not so loud music.

A perfect place for dinner at Pizzeria.

It's a cafe as the name suggests serving coffee shakes tea sandwiches pastries etc .This place has 3-4 stairs so people on wheelchair will not be able to access it easily.
