The friendliness of the management and staff of this hotel makes it outstanding. The sthala event experience is my only experience in ten years in the event world where I can collaborate with hotels.

super cozy. we booked 2 luxury river view rooms and it was great. the food was good, especially the breakfast, the staff were very friendly and helpful. From day one, the staff and restaurant have been fantastic. I'll definitely be back next year..

really liked this hotel. stayed here in 2017. the location is a little off but they provide 2 hourly shuttle to and fro coco supermarket which was near monkey forest. they also provide trekking, yoga classes daily. highly recommended if you have kids

It's my 2nd time staying at this hotel. My first experience was memorable hence I'm staying here again. The service was exceptional. They were very friendly and escorted me to the room and inform me regarding the facility of the hotel and event like morning cycling tour complement of the hotel. The hotel room were clean and their amenities were good. But considering this hotel is fairly new, it is to be expected. Overall I think this is one of my favorite hotel in ubud!!

Excellent hotel - secluded with beautiful views and great swimming pools. There is a shuttle which takes you to Ubud centre which is convenient. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and made the experience truly 5 star.

I came to this hotel for business trip with my company on 2-4th May 2018. The hotel was very nice, the view is really good, and the breakfast was very delicious. However, I must complained about the security.
I got room no 121, it was near the hall. At 1.30 am suddenly a guy who claimed he was hotel maintenance team, came into my room and knocked. Me and my friend did not open the door because we are already asleep. Then the maintenance guy opened our room with his own card and told us he need to fix the fire alarm. I woke up with that guy stood on the bed and changed the fire alarm. After that, he exited our room, and my friend locked the door with the metal slot.
And again at 2pm, he called our room and said he need to fix the alarm again right now and asked us to open the door. My friend than yelled at him at said we will check out by 6.30 am so he can just fixed the alarm after that.
When I asked the receptionist in the morning, he said that the hotel never had any maintenance on 2pm and rudely disturbed the customer.

Phenomenal!! Really nice location in Ubud, with stunning views of the villages and jungle. The 15 minute free shuttle to the town is a nice perk. The facility is immaculate and food is very good. Fast free WiFi, nice room patios... And the service ---- Exceptional!!!! Everyone there is so warm, friendly, and hospitable. I teared up leaving because their energy and spirit was so special. Great stay, highly recommend!!
