Worst of worst ! No air conditioning, not cleaned , all stains, and no wifi . I wish they should remove from trip.com!
Just checked out after spending 6 hours ! That too stayed due to midnight !

The staff here are incredibly awful. No welcome, no words exchanged, your room isn't even good; in fact, they just swap it. In the morning, they knock on your door to bring you an unsolicited breakfast you didn't request, nor did the hotel communicate with you about. Dietary preferences aren't discussed either... when you go downstairs to the restaurant later and indicate you're there for a vegetarian breakfast, the same tray that was presented at your room door is presented again, with chicken satay. These hoteliers don't understand much, but they do understand perfectly well how to drive guests away and attract bad reviews. It's a shame... we won't be back for the t*****th time, and I advise everyone against using bad staff and bad hotels with strange policies.

Photo: Wi-Fi. A note like that is nice, but their Wi-Fi doesn't work. Even after you report it, nothing happens. Disgraceful staff, once again.

We were not able to avail the breakfast that was not included in the package that we purchased because there breakfast time is fixed. And we are in a hurry for our flight so we cannot wait for the breakfast time. I hope they could have some compromise to these.. Or mentioned in the booking site so that we will know if we can have time to avail it or not.

Good location, but very noisy due to the motorbikes. Anyway I slept well after 11 hours flight. Friendly staff

The food are good and the price is just right.. their main dishes is soto but they sell other dishes also like nasi goreng / fried rice, kwetiaw goreng, ayam bakar and gado-gado
