I stayed at this property for five nights and really enjoyed my time here, especially considering I paid only about $40 per night. What I liked the most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was — always smiling and ready to help.
Both swimming pools were clean and very pleasant, and the overall hotel grounds are quite beautiful. I couldn’t resist taking some photos. It’s also very convenient that there is a spa located right on the property. I paid around $30 for a 90-minute massage and was very satisfied.
The location is great as well. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the center of Ubud, and around 15 minutes if you walk across the bridge toward the Monkey Sanctuary, which is very convenient. There are also several restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
If I ever return to Ubud, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

I wouldn't recommend this place because the Mexican restaurant next door turns into a club at night with extremely loud music, making it impossible to sleep.

First stay during our trip in Bali & Islands.
The staff was nice as they left a plate
of fresh fruits for us due to our late arrival.
The room (Premier Room) was large and a large bathroom as well with shower + bathtub.
The cleaning was really good. Breakfast buffet offered several options and a stand of omelette/ eggs. I dont eat much in the morning but here I always find something to open my appetite. They arranged the Mont Batu hiking for us.
The only inconvenient is the numbers of stairs to access your room. With a heavy suitcase it’s a struggle.
The location was perfect to access shops and restaurants by walk as well as the Monkey Forest.

When you open the curtains on the veranda, the inside is visible, and when you close them, it's too dark. The bathroom isn't clean either; the cleanliness is poor for the price. Also, there's absolutely no soundproofing. The location is good, though.

The room smelled so bad of MOLD that i could not sleep properly. It was disgusting. I lived in room 204, i hope the other rooms are not as bad!!!!!!

Beautiful place, beautiful facilities and very kind staff.

I chose this hotel because it looked quite decent among the 3-star options in Ubud, but in reality, it's not very well-maintained. Perhaps it's because I was given a first-floor room, which was incredibly damp. The bedding had an odor (not due to poor cleaning and needing replacement, but rather, I think the duvet, pillows, and mattress need to be updated). There were also quite a few insects. The bathroom was also pretty humid. I happened to stay at another 3-star hotel the next day, and while the facilities seemed similar, the overall comfort level was significantly higher. The hotel's service, however, was excellent. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and wanted to check out after the first night of my three-day booking, they were very cooperative and even helped me get to my new hotel.

This is my second time in Pertiwi bisma, and I am quite happy to stay here. Location is great , staffs are great, they changed my room immediately when I requested help. Currently they are doing renovation which is good. I would come back again.

I arrived late, like nearly midnight or it was midnight I cant remember! The staff were very friendly, met me at the door and also walked me to my room to make sure i got there as it was dark, carrying my bags. Room was clean as, bed was big and comfortable, slept well. Shower was a little bit low in pressure but did the trick! I didn't eat breakfast there as I needed to move on to my next but looked like a lovely place to eat out there front (assuming that is where it was) great stay and reasonably priced. Nice big well kept pool there too which would be a great place to swim or cool off!
