I was quite disappointed that the hotel did not have room services for food and the breakfast items are very limited. Lots of ants centipede lizards and cockroaches coming into room. The bed netting fall off and hit my head.. the resorts have lots of staircase up and down which make it quite inconvenient if u have large luggage. I pity the staff I see 2 young boys cleaning, front staff, carry luggage, serve breakfast and I do pity them. The staff are friendly and helpful but feel it’s not suitable for family with kids.

I went on a family trip with my two kids. I booked this place because it was only a six-minute drive from downtown Ubud, but it was actually a 20-minute drive, and 45 minutes in traffic. Even taxi drivers would ask if this was the right place to stay. The room was large but dark, there were too many ants, and perhaps because of the humidity, there were a few small, earthworm-like bugs in the corners of the bathroom and on the walls. There was a swimming pool, but it wasn't clean, so I didn't go in. The bedding had stains, which made me feel uneasy. The staff were very kind and tried to resolve any issues, even providing a complimentary breakfast. However, I ended up booking another hotel midway through. It was non-cancellable, so there were no refunds, but I decided to move to a hotel in the heart of the city rather than stress out here.

All good , with the all environment in the villas , I can walk and find many cafes and restaurant , and not far from the Ubud Center. For sure, I will be back again...

I love the ambience of this hotel—it's quiet and beautiful, and there's no hustle and bustle of traffic noise. They've also refurbished the rooms.

My partner and I just got back from a weekend at this resort, and it was fantastic, The atmosphere was super romantic, perfect for couples. Our room had a gorgeous view and a comfy bed. It made our mornings feel special. Plus, the pool was a highlight, we spent hours relaxing together.

Almost all the pictures are rigged or from another location. It is a mess of a dirty, unkempt hotel with staff only of 12-15 year old children. At breakfast, the food was few and spoiled. Don't be fooled by fake websites and reviews. It is the same hotel Puria Sunia. Keep away!

Staff were very friendly and use WhatsApp to communicate. The breakfasts were lovely, (with meals I've never tried before) hand served to your room so no restaurant. They didn't collect my tray and sadly never came to remake the bed. The swimming pool was a bit cool and not sparkling clean but ok. You are in the lovely countryside so expect to be woken up by birds calling and insects around.

To avoid: mold on the ceilings, mosquito nets, towels and bedding. Deplorable service: the staff did not wake up to give us our breakfast boxes requested several times the day before by reminding us of our obligations, I had to insist to have an extra bed even though we had paid for a triple room (same for the 3rd breakfast), the swimming pool was not clean and no swimming pool in the room as presented on the internet photos (they were even surprised by the question...). In short: nothing to do with a 4 star!!!

I first want to commend the staff for their friendliness as well as being proactive when we needed something. Unfortunately that’s were me commending things ends… The pictures were very misleading. We originally drove passed as the reception looks nothing like the images. There is a new building next door that the units now look onto which is an eyesore the main dining area was no exist but instead was replaced by a smaller area . The room had the basic necessities but was in need of a proper clean. Overall I don’t think that it was worth the cost.

You must go to this place. A hidden gem!
Absolutely loved it. We only came here because it was close to our lodge but it was surprisingly cheap and ridiculously tasty.
We got the karma soda for drinks and the little island (it came in the actual coconut and was very filling).
Had the grilled chicken, delicious but small serving.
Didn’t care for the nachos, not enough avo dip.
Had Mum’s eggplant- scraped the plate clean.
Everything here seems to be made with a lot of attention to details and love and care. Very well put together place. All up we spent 180k IDR for a full dinner for 3 adults. A truly inexpensive place, unlike many places that claim they are cheap but aren’t genuinely value for money. Try it out, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic, little bit of a wait but once the food was presented I knew it was going to be well worth it. The ribs were juicy had wonderful flavor and presentation. They had a delicious garnish with lemongrass, onion, and chilis with lime I've never had with bbq before. I highly recommend the price was perfect too.

This is absolutely the best place in ubud! In the middle of the rice field and the best grilled food you will get in the area! The ribs are excellent so it's the duck and the rest ! Top also the egg plants veggie mix! We came back three times in this place in 5 days! Good price and excellent food and service!!!!!
